People really don't read through some of this rules before they start using a casino they are just only after how they can start using the casino and start winning big without knowing what it takes and are the rules and regulations of the casino. I believe that a casino who is aware of what is obtainable for a casino will not put the casino at risk by jeopardizing there reputation with lack of information and laid down rules and regulations for its users.
People that don't ready rules have themselves to be blamed and it shouldn't be anyone's problem.
Failing to rule essential information about a casino shows that the person is not ready to take his activities on the casino seriously.
Gambling can be profitable for those that understand how to find there way and do the right thing not those that will be complaining about not getting what they are looking to get.
.
For me I think it's the players fault who falled to read through the term and condition as well as the rules of the casino before playing.
Everyone who cares about where there .oney goes and what there funds does for them should be able to spend out some time to really take a close look at this casinos and have some rethink before just jumping on it without first getting to know more about them and what there policies are, for a serious user, you really cannot afford to through money on a casino that would probably end up to be a scam and eventually make you loose your funds, so why you are busy with other things and not being able to spend time to read through you should at least take note of some really necessary and very important things.

It's actually the responsibility of the gambler to scrutinize a casino before using it and such scrutiny should be all round, both about their ToS  and reviews to know what gamblers before you have to say about their experiences with that casino. Some gamblers would be in the defensive that the ToS are too cumbersome and verbose to read them but yet that's not an excuse for something you want to put in your hard earned cash it should worth every time required to read through the important terms and policies.

For me, the gambler should focus on the main features of a casino and also check for their reputation here in the forum. Things like deposit, withdrawal, RTP, provably fair games, etc. You mentioned Tos earlier, so yeah Tos is very important.

Personally, I can't use a casino with no long-term history here in the forum or without an ann thread in the forum.

We have more fake casinos than real casinos. Before putting money into any of them, the gamblers should at least try to understand who they are dealing with. Id advice that they check reviews, but reviews these days are not legit. Reviews can be bought.  The responsibility of every casino is to have structured rules explained clearly to the users. Casinos also should be transparent with deposits and withdrawals.

Don't get carried away by the reviews you see, even from a trusted platform, because a positive review does not necessarily mean that a casino is legitimate, just as a negative review does not mean a casino is a scam. Reviews can easily be manipulated through paid reviews, marketing, and setting up bots that give reviews regularly. It was found that some casinos also paid people to give fake negative reviews on their competitors' pages. With all this happening, we shouldn't be too quick to judge a casino by the reviews we see online.

Rules are like what govern and control a particular  casino, so for someone to totally ignore it is like doing things on his own and will definitely have nobody to blame when things will get spoiled.

However,  most casinos normally ensured that  everything is pretty clear in the terms and conditions for proper understanding, apart from those few once that has the intention of scamming people. Possibly, as a gambler, that's where your  are expected to finalize your decision if to go ahead with that casino or to decline. So I really don't know why some player are so unreasonable for not doing what they're supposed to do and after they'll look for someone they will put their blames on after seeing what they weren't expecting.

If it’s a trusted platform I believe there’s a merit on both positive and negative reviews in there but the problem is how or what platform do you categorize as “trusted” if reviews can be manipulated eh?

There’s some review site like BTCGosu that is run by reputable member here in the forum which user can rely on with their casino review.

But if user is using like trustpilot as reference then most likely they will be mislead by reviews in there.

I think I agree with you a little bit I will want to add this that most gamblers only check a casino after they might have deposited funds which it is to late to come back…

But still I don’t know why it is so hard for most gamblers to understand if a casino has too many pending transactions stories it is best to skip it…the truth is no amount to f bonus is worth the stress. Another thing is, don't trust only the reviews on their website.

Either a positive review or a negative review calls attention to the need for a deep dive into how trustworthy a casino might be, but many gamblers feel comfortable when a casino has a positive review. Casinos obtain positive reviews by paying for them, while negative reviews often indicate that a casino may have committed an offense to earn them. However, a casino can still be reviewed negatively simply to be demarketed. That is why users need to thoroughly investigate all reviews and not just jump to conclusions.

A casino with a total negative reviews should be avoided by players if they have allegation of scam but if they are given negative reviews because of unsettled transactions then it's understandable yet it will still affect their market because customers will be scared of being involved in their problems. Rushing every casino you see is bad but taking time to find out how reputable they are is the only way to know if how they are rated is what they represent. Players who have evidence of playing and having unresolved financial issues with the casino should be believed if they back it up with facts and records.

Any casino that wants to make progress or develop a brand that people can trust will pay more attention to negative reviews than positive ones because while correcting the negative reviews, they are making improvements that will make people trust and rely on them. This is why casinos pay for bug review and even pay people to test their security level.

Any casino that wants to make progress or develop a brand that people can trust will pay more attention to negative reviews than positive ones because while correcting the negative reviews, they are making improvements that will make people trust and rely on them. This is why casinos pay for bug review and even pay people to test their security level.

Yeah thats smart too, by creating some noises about the casino, peoples will know it first and then correcting the mislead  to build trust, but it still risky as a strategy if we want to talk about long term aspects

Positive or negative reviews should be a concern to the casino if they want to remain active and consistent in the business if they pay attention to one side of the reviews then those who raise concerns on the other part will leave them and locate another casino that is doing more better. Positive reviews shows that they have good services running but a single negative review can render their good works bad if they do not pay close attention to the problem and resolve quickly.

The word scrutinize isn't it too deep Grin?

For me, the gambler should focus on the main features of a casino and also check for their reputation here in the forum. Things like deposit, withdrawal, RTP, provably fair games, etc. You mentioned Tos earlier, so yeah Tos is very important.

Personally, I can't use a casino with no long-term history here in the forum or without an ann thread in the forum.

Your points are valid. As it is that we have clues about this platform and what is obtainable here, we can easily scruntinise casinos and know which one is okay to go with or discard even without having a look at their ToS but people out there would have no much knowledge and information as we do here, hence you see many complaints out there about scam casinos telling hard on them.
We are just so lucky to have what others out there don't.

True, why many people choose No KYC casinos is for privacy so you coulld imagime the level of disappointment when they win a huge amount of money and then they're being asked to submit their credentials to collect the reward, I'll be so disappointed if such happens to me. Sometimes it might not even be the casino that would compromise the data given to them in form of KYC but a hacker that breach into their system, that's my fear/worry about KYC.
It's true that no Kyc casinos can give you the privacy you are looking for but majority that we see as no kyc casinos are not really what they called themselves. This is the trend and that is why we are seeing so many casinos trying to add it to their features why they would later ask players for KYC information when it's not suppose to be like that. The worse part is that there is no way we can stop that from reoccurring.

It's disturbing when you trust a casino as a nokyc casino and end getting to the point where the same casinos who painted themselves as a nokyc casino will still come back only to ask for kyc and use it to even limit you from certain services unless you register your kyc especially when it has to do with withdrawal procedures, this is not supposed to be so but then these casinos tend to mislead there users and make them blindly trust this casinos as a nokyc casino and end up realizing that the no kyc advert was a scam at the end of the day.

There is a high rate of insecurity and criminality in the world today if there are no cheaters and scammers perhaps casinos will maintain their standards and not dive into requesting for private documents from individuals after they had trusted them not to request for such things. If cheating is reduced perhaps they will stop demanding for private details of some of their customers but now that they are making it so obvious it becomes very clear that players will be required to do their Kyc when they are needed by the casino that information should be added to the features they should not hide it again.

This is really sad and can cause discouragement for players who prefer to remain private with their information. Casinos needd to do better in the services they render, the people who trust them before creating an account will be disappointed to see them coming back to ask them for verification and Kyc when they are against it at the first place. They have to find other better ways to resolve the issue of Kyc request if it is not settled so many players will be forced to stop playing because of the fear of not being paid when they win.

I'm yet to understand why they've now turned "NoKYC" to pure marketing buzzword material instead of what it's supposed to be which is a strict operating rule. They'll not tell you that the NoKYC doesn't mean they'll not require your personal details for verification until it's time to withdraw, that's when personal documents are demanded. I think it's time players start calling them out publicly and boycotting the ones that are called out for that deceitful behaviour, else, they'll keep taking advantage of that loophole.

Because they know many people will get attracted to deal with platforms don't ask KYC. But the problem with the casinos claiming to be a NON KYC platform, they actually intentionally fool people by hiding that process in their TOS.

This is why people need to be more careful dealing with them and read their rules to know more about them.

Because its so hard if it came to the point that later on. KYC will be asked while they are not expecting this to happen, because they are expecting that No KYC will be asked since this is what they write in the title of their thread.
