You should get around 3500c/m using clpts miner.

Edited: 3500, not 350

Good news everyone. About 2 hours ago NaN released a new version of clpts with NRS support on nrs2.blockquarry.com. With this new version I am getting about 4500 c/m on a R9 280X without any overclocking. NaN claims 5300+ when tuned correctly. Be sure to check it out.

Hi, I've updated clpts to version v1.2, which introduces large performance improvements, 32bit Linux support and NRS support. The command line interface has changed (see README!), too. Visit https://bitsharestalk.org/index.php?topic=2598.0 for more information and for the download link.
Happy mining

known issues: The miner does not run if the installed Catalyst driver is too old. Multi-GPU support works for most users but sometimes the miner won't work if there are different cards installed. Then you have to run an instance of the miner on each card. The miner is not optimized to run on 5000 and 6000 series GPUs and needs about 1.2GB free GPU RAM per thread.

3% stake, minimum stake age is 7 days, full age 14 days

I saw that. Is that 3% every 7-14 days (similar to HBN, so over 100% per year) or something else?

I think it should be 7-14 days / 365, but I'm not sure, this is just my personal opinion.
And the Dev is Barwizi, you may ask him for detail.

What the hell is the deal with noirbits noirshares noir anything?

The coin launched and died. Then like a month or something later a new website appears about an IPO and then vanishes having never done one. At one point the chain forked and at another point you couldn't download the blockchain anymore.

Now there's this and... er? What was with all the false starts? Why is this one any different?

I admit I might not know the whole story... but this is my perspective on it having watched on and off since noirbits was a whisper. In my mind I'm tired of seeing the "noir"-anything name on stuff. It's like these guys REALLY want to do something but keep on... not.

One thing that you have to keep in mind is the idea behind the Noir Group vision is groundbreaking.  This isn't some clone idea where you can pop out a few coins and have a nice day.  Any new technology will have growing pains at the highest level.  Try to comprehend the scope of what the Noir Group is doing.  They are making Decentralized Autonomous Software/Corporations/Organizations that give shareholders a true profit.  This is innovative stuff.  Keeping this in mind, I will save you the suspense.  There will be more growing pains.

Having said all that, it is my understanding that the Noir Group has no intention of abandoning Noirbits.

So, you can put some btc in a clone coin with the idea they have this great developer because it launched without a hitch, or you can try to understand the scope of this project.  By your own admission, you don't know the whole story.  I would suggest knowing before speaking.
