i think it's all ok. what should already be if ask the team to come, also a should feel obligated to answer this. sometimes missing.

might want the general fund shares are converted into securitys. so they can be traded without problems. the difficulty I see only cares that no overview exists who has how much. there maybe names securities?
so that quickly the shares can be assigned. for the purpose of dividend and voting rights? no idea

My only problem with the GF shares being on cryptostocks or tokenized is that I want full disclosure on how much the officers hold in the company.  It's important to know how much motivation they have to make the company successful.  I want to know if an officer decided to dump a large % of their holdings. I think the shares should stay locked and investor names disclosed for some time.  The other thing is the Noir Group would be using a centralized service for share bookkeeping.  What if Cryptostocks suddenly shuts down?  It would be a serious problem.

I would raise the price not lower, would rather sell slower!

We old General Fund holder would greatly benefit from it.
You could be out of the proceeds to buy more shares of the new issue or Noir shares or dollar change over the BTC
the income from the new emission could be so great that you have your deposits out quickly.

Should Bawizi could hire employees or so will grow even faster!

aber durch den Erlös aus den neuen Securities könnten neue Projekte geboren werden und der Wert des Unternehmens würde sich schnell erhöhen.
Ich würde den Preis nicht niedriger ansetzen, lieber langsamer verkaufen!!

Wir alten General Fund Halter, würde sehr stark davon profitieren.
Du könntest aus den Erlös, mehr Anteile der neuen Emission oder Noirshares kaufen oder in dollar wandeln über den BTC
die einnahmen aus der neu emission könnte so groß sein, das du deine Einlagen schnell raus hast.

Bawizi könnte Mitarbeiter einstellen, bzw sollte damit wird noch schneller wachsen!

würden wir nur 100 neu securites per 0,5 BTC verkaufen wären das 25 BTC einnahmen für die firma

Thank you for your input here Mario, always appreciated.  While we're constantly busy working on the future we'll start taking more time to answer questions, PM's, etc. to ensure everyone gets the answers or help they need.

Guys, the site looks very nice. Until you get to the bottom. I like that you guys are human and what not, it is fun to have fun, but your mission statements sound very enticing, then you get to the sorta goofy bottom part where no one has real names and what not. I get it and all, but the two things seem to conflict with me. I am not huge on names, they mean nothing, what is being done is what is important, but I would rather see it be all business  on the front page. Just my opinion though. Keep kickin ass
