do not take this as fud. i am glad i haven't invested as i would have just been stuck can't even sell. what i will do is il contact local bitcoins.com if they cool with it game on. if not changes would need to be made. plus people are not even promoting it properly. they not linking it with something the coin offers which i will do when i am in. i shall write them a email tonight and when they have got back to me i will let the thread know. bitstar is on to a winner. its the first one to do this so from the altcoins so looking forward to using it more than investing in it

i dont think it will be a problem. dont know if the following comparison accounts:
ferrari, opel etc all build cars. they look somewhat similar, all have brakes, an engine etc etc. However, the cars are differently build.
its the same way in software development.
if userinterface stuff is not specifically patented, you can build it similar, under the hood it will be implemented in a different way.
i couldnt find any patents of localbitcoins.
basically dev built the same and can now extend it having better features then localbitcoins.
first you build the same, then you start adding unique options, modifying it. its a similar tactic i apply a lot ( take best of sites, merge, improve ).
i agree that it looks similar but i am sure its implemented in a very different way.
in other words, if you have the time to build facebook, you can build it nearly similar... "just" check what is patented and dont cross that line.

If you look, our orange is the colour of our logo, its a theme through out the whole wallet, it is pure coincidence.
That said, if any designers have a better idea, feel free to submit.

i understand it is coincidence, but im sure you must have know about LBC, as they were the ones with the idea. like i said guys il message them and see what they have to say. once we are clear from them i shall promote this coin like mad |

I'm pretty sure this is the same dev that copy/pasted the VOIP phone into the altcoin qt from about 2 months ago.
I could be wrong, but it looks awfully similar

This coin did what people thought VRC was going to do. Goes to show how a pump group + hype is needed. No amount of good work will move prices. We'll see what else comes out in the future but still missing a pump group and hype. A pump group needs millions of coins which won't happen either. I'll watch and see what happens.

I now think its time to do something about this FUD, it is out of control on bitcoin talk in all unmoderated threads, so the only way I can see to control it is to start a new moderated thread, then the fud scammers and manipulators can start there own thread with there lies in.
