How do i make 6 x 100 coin piles using utxo? this new wallet i find confusing so many options, no explanation of usage. what address do i send them to 6 different ones? i preferred the old wallet, i opened it once a fortnight and claimed my 6 diamond then remerged them into 1 pile again to my 1 address and so on. Does the split utxo want to be 6 or 100? do i need to touch custom change address? does it automatically make 6 new addresses? i dont want to try anything and lose my diamonds as im 60% of my portfolio into them..

if u just have 600 coins do nothing beside set the

setstakesplitthreshold 200

once in console

and leave wallet running for POS

every few days u should find 0.8 DMD

u should not split coins of many addresses
all the split/merge automations just work inside a address
so ideal is to just have 1 POS address where u send all ur coins towards
but dont merge them let them be split in like 3 parts of 200 in ur case

Thanks for reply, i have set that in console now so once my 600 block stakes it will become 3x 200 blocks ?

no

it will only take care ur coin pile will stay in a area between 200 and 400
so in ur case u will mint once with 600

it split into 2x 300

and then next time a 300 mint he dont split because the result would be below 200

I just sent two transactions to the miningfield shared MN (great that this is working now!), and it looks like both transactions arrived, but I can only see the first one in my wallet. Is that a known issue?

You mean that not all transactions are visible in your wallet?

Correct. The transaction is in the blockchain, I can see it in the explorer, and the coins are gone from my wallet, but I can not see the transaction itself in my wallet.

Correct. The transaction is in the blockchain, I can see it in the explorer, and the coins are gone from my wallet, but I can not see the transaction itself in my wallet.

In this case, use the option Wallet Repair and used zapwallettxes=2
Your wallet will be restarted and the data should be displayed.

Thanks! I found it, it shows as 16.09.2017 22:36, even though I sent it about 45 min ago. So as you said, wrong date and time.

EDIT: I have an orphaned / conflicted minting transaction at exactly that date and time. Not sure if that's coincidence, or somehow related.

How  to split my 600 into 6 piles of 100 with utxo Instantly. I did setcoin split threshold 200. but i still have my 600 dmd block getting nothing after roughly 50 hours! i have just had 0.002 dmd since this release.
Before the dmd 3.0 release there was talk of people being able to use 2.0 wallet for a few years. is this stilll the case? can i got back to 2.0 with my native 3.0 wallet .dat.

To split your 600 DMD into 6 coin piles of 100 DMD each, you have to enter the value 6 in the UTXO field. Be sure to send them to yourself by copying your address from Receiving Addresses or by using the Coin Control Features. In the Coin Control Inputs you can also check that you have 6 equally sized coin piles after the split is done.

Nice to hear that. Actually, your new coin piles will be able to compete for a POS block after 1 hour. But how long it will take before you finally find one, you just have to wait and see. Hopefully it will be soon. Don't forget to Unlock Wallet, and check the box "For anonymization and staking only" when you enter your passphrase. The Diamond Icon down to the right will turn blue when staking is active. Good luck!

I'm anxiously awaiting the raspberry pi version being confirmed working, currently dragging a laptop around and starting/stopping the wallet constantly.

Oh and on the previous problem with no access to the db, taking the private keys out and putting them into a new wallet.dat actually did the trick, removing everything else not so much.
