May I ask how are orphaned blocks form during PoS and how can we reduce the number of such incidents? Why are blocks generated but not accepted? My wallet is the latest version. Might it be due to my internet connection?
Help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
If you have a bad Internet connection network and your wallet has a small number of connections, the number of orphan blocks be increases. but this is not a massive problem because your wallet has the function of purification of empty blocks. You just need to go to a repair wallet and click Recover Transactions 1 Your wallet will be rebooted and cleared of orphan blocks.

So maybe total coins I own is relevant.
its not if u own 10% of the coin the other guy owns and both are similar structured u will earn on the long run 10% of what he earns statistic is a long term truth short term luck or bad luck streaks can hide the truth

How do you activate staking on the 3.0 wallet? I have dmd coins, but the diamond in the corner is not blue? How do I make it blue? My wallet says its sync'd and everything is good, it received and sends dmd.
getstakingstatus shows:
16:46:40  { "validtime" : true, "haveconnections" : true, "walletunlocked" : true, "mintablecoins" : false, "enoughcoins" : true, "mnsync" : true }
Why won't it stake? I've restarted it multiple times.

password protect ur wallet (encrypt) copy a backup of ur wallet.dat on save place (not same PC) restart wallet wait until the sync bar disappear wait 1 min longer unlock the wallet in minting mode (tick the checkbox at unlock) wait up to 5 min the diamond icon bottom right should be blue (if u have mature coins(with more than 640 confirms) leave wallet running in this state as long as possible (ideal 24/7) to be able find POS blocks

Great thanks! So its the clicking of the button when you unlock that does it? I didn't do that but once I did it turned blue. Is that required?

no u can full unlock too even if unsecure the important part is not to unlock before all sync steps are finished if u unlock to fast u never start to stake

If you did it right and your wallet is in POS minting mode, then you will see such a picture then you just have to wait for the reward

How would you see the network traffic stats? What blocks your on?
Anyway to see information about your reward when it comes in? Some people say they get orphan blocks, where do you see this information?
How can you see how many coins your currently staking?
Thanks guys

Hi,
I am new to DMD and I read and knew that DMD staking and cloud mining too.
So i got a few questions to ask and hope admin can help me:-
For Staking:-
1) How many coins best to keep for staking?? is there a minimum requirement for coins to start staking?? 2) How long do I need to keep to coin in order to stake? 3) Is staking payout is in daily basic or is random? 4) How do I know that my coins already staking? if in staking form we cannot withdrew right?
For cloud mining:-
1) I have purchased some shares and have received my 1st payout today and so is the payout is in daily from or random?
Thank in advance Vicki

I am really impressed by DMD and the team behind it. The price is kept stable and ever increasing, even during crypto crashes and periods of high volatility on all other cryptos. Price is so stable and gains ever so consistent. The devs definitely have taken this into account and acted to keep the price constantly growing.
I can safely make a large investment knowing that my investment in DMD will only increase further in the further, even if Bitcoin and the others drop 40% tomorrow. Nice work dev.
On a side note, may I know how can I withdraw profits from the cloudmining platform?

You can see information about the blocks, transactions and network status on the site https://chainz.cryptoid.info/dmd/Also this function is more succinctly available inside your wallet, section Blockchain explorer in the main menu -> Tools Also you can see the activity of your Internet traffic in the form of a chart, section Network Monitor in the main menu -> Tools Just carefully explore your wallet

If you see an outbound transaction from Bittrex and it is visible in Blockexplorer https://chainz.cryptoid.info/dmd/At the same time, her status is confirmed in your wallet it should also be visible. If you say that you have an unconfirmed transaction and it matches the one you sent with Bittrex, let's deal. Maybe you should join our channel #Sclack and provide a screenshot of your wallet. We like to check it out and consider in detail your problem.

1) at the moment, piles of about 200 coins should be the best for staking. No there is no minimum requirement for staking 2 and 3) example: u got 10 coins. one minted block is about 0.8 coins. interest is now 35% for solo staking and 65% for masternode per year. so your 10 coins give 3,5 coins per year. so you will find an average of 4,375 blocks per year. That means, if your wallet is 24/7 online and staking, u will find a block every 2-3 Month. As this blockfinding is based on luck, it could be possible, that u will find 2 blocks in one month or zero blocks in a half year. 4) at the right bottom of ur wallet is a diamond symbol. is the color grey, u are not staking, is the color blue, ur staking. move the cursor over it, then it says staking or not. Staking coins could be transferred, theres no problem. but if u found a block, the coins get exhausted for 24hours. so u have to wait 24 hours to transfer them. thats all

For staking: 1. No minimum, but small pile need a long time to find pos block. 200 - 400 is optimal for today. 2, 3. Pos in v3 is random. Probability depends on pile size and time your wallet open for minting (24/7 is the best). After finding pos block your coins need 24 hours before they start minting again. 4. If minting is active you'll see blue diamond in the right bottom of the wallet. For cloudmining now it payouts ones in two days +-.

IMO instead of 35% you should take 25% ATM and 5% from block 115200. Correct me if I'm wrong.

100 masternodes
just under 50% off all DMD are now locked up in nodes! Come on people, only 10 shares (100 DMD each) left for the shared MN on dmdmn.miningfield.com/bshare.php, buy now! I want my share to start staking unfortunately all shares are taken, is there a new shared masternode comming? Any experience on the shared system, is it working?

Not 4375. He meant 4.375 (four or five blocks in one year). To get block you need to have staking wallet (24/7 ideally).
