Every Merchant needs a Merchant Key which is publicly recorded and tied to the identity of the Merchant to minimize fraud and selling of illegal items. Buyers do not need to provide any identity/register to buy.

Just one question...will there be any visual aesthetics in the main release? It should strive to look like amazon (with the layouts and images), rather than craigslist, (not that there is anything wrong with craigslist, its very succssful) imo.

HTML content is much more appealing. But we will try to make the final release as much as visual appealing as possible compared to amazon/ebay.
