Hello,

my coins disappeared from wallet, telling me that they have been spent. These are coins that I bought on cryptsy. I was splitting it into 20 pieces when it happened.

Transaction ID of cryptsy transaction: 81ff5b7b82fa9f8fba50a9de058ea3bfcfe57002ef35b97003d941801718fe78
Wallet: oLDjagvwjTTgjiyJYZs4W91FgoqGdydkVp

So where are my coins? I missing exactly 1116.887159 ORB.

Can someone explain this, I made backup of wallet and blockchain before I start splitting. I started wallet on another pc using backup data. This wallet shows me full amount and it's sync. On the same time another wallet on another PC does not show.

Somebody please explain.

I'd backup again, then do a Inspect wallet and if needed repair the wallet.

See what happens.

Inspecting wallet: nothing to fix

I repaired wallet but there was nothing to repair. Now amount shows up as unconfirmed, but this can't be as it was already confirmed:

Just before I write this, it is confirmed. Transfering 20 to new address makes them again unconfirmed

Very strange, coins are in my wallet and after last transfer I can see that wallet address of these coins changed back to correct (both seem to be my), it's in the correct wallet where I've transfered from cryptsy.

I think I have logic explanation, but it seems that something is wrong.

I was using multiple wallet adr. when it happened. I was surprised to see message that these coins have been spent and trasaction failed. Strange is that the whole amount becomes unconfirmed as soon as 1 transaction is made which follows by the message I got (spent coins) as the whole amount became unconfirmed and can't be spent. This means wallet does not lie to me, but why does the whole amount become unconfirmed as soon as I make transaction? Something wrong with blockchain, software or my wallet? I would exclude the option with my wallet.

It was 1.5.0.0.

Like I said, after every transaction, coins are in another wallet and become unconfirmed. This is for sure not meant to be. I can't make 2 transactions as as soon as I make one, whole amount becomes unconfirmed, wallet doesnt lie telling me that these coins have been spent as they are in other wallet after making 1/any transaction. This is bug, dev please look into this issue, it makes me nervous that my coins travel from wallet to wallet how they want.

That's expected. If you send, say, 20 ORB using a 1000 ORB input, you transfer 1000 ORB actually. The difference gets returned to you and the entire amount is displayed unconfirmed until the transaction gets into a block. That's very much like physical currency: if you have a 100 euro banknote and need to pay someone 10 euros, you spend the whole banknote and receive 90 euros of change in the process.

Just a reminder: a Neoscrypt CCminer is underdevelopment for Nvidia GPUs like 750TI

The Block Factory Neoscrypt mining pools using 128Diff is achieving 150khs per 750TI GPU as an example.

Early access is avaliable for BTC pledges, very low pledge level. Crowdfunding campaign is nearly finished.

Personal Message djm34 for pledges to gain early access.

Main thread is: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=916336.0

Thanks Grin

That is not correct. I mine solo and I bought on cryptsy. Solo's are actually in pieces of 1. Moving 20 to one wallet did not make the whole amount unconfirmed, which should be clear as this is how it is meant to be.

First I transfered ~250 ORB to my wallet. I could split them and the rest was not unconfirmed which I also took as this is how it should be.

But then splitting another 1000 did not behave like splitting 250.

Anyway, I am now confused. If you are right and all my 1000 should be locked, why wasn't it that case when I was splitting 250? When I transfered 20 from 250, then I still had 230 confirmed coins.

Something is for sure wrong. Now every transfer makes my wallet corrupt:

Select coins:

Send them to 1 address:

Shows me unconfirmed coins after transaction:

Immediatelly after transaction wallet is broken:

I wouldn't say that all this is normal behaviour. I've never seen a coin where my coins get another address after I use them.

What's the point of running a wallet repair immediately after making a transaction? It removes all failed/orphaned/unconfirmed transactions from the wallet. You make a valid transaction, broadcast it and destroy it locally. That's a nice way to get your wallet broken.

Why do you answer questions with questions? No it's not normal that the wallet breaks and I am not repairing it after every transaction, I did it just for a screenshot to post which maybe helps solving problem, but it seems ORB does not need such feedbacks/questions so I'll sail away. If you mean that everything is ok and can't tell me what's wrong, why do you answer, I just dont get it?

It's ok, I am going to sale my ORB's and save us all time on writing. Thanks for conversation.

You break your wallet and complain about it. You have been told not to break it. Please educate yourself as there is no problem to fix.
