I've one block of 100 ORBs that has reached 951 confirmations and has weight=31
When will it be likely to begin stackin'?

TIA

Sometimes in only 3 or 4 days but it can take also much longer.
Big blocks will stake mostly faster (higher weight).
Some of my blocks haven't stake in months, others 3 times a month.
Just a matter of luck.
It's recommended to hold at least about 2000 ORB.

Here you can see a nice example of a wallet that holds less than 2200 ORB
and is having several stakes a week:

https://hexpool.com
Fast, stable and https secure mining pool

How to mine?
Fire up your preferred miner with the following parameters (replace WALLET with your wallet address):
Code:
-a neoscrypt -o stratum+tcp://stratum-eu1.hexpool.com:4233 -u WALLET -p c=ORB

How to set different difficulty?
You can use the parameter d=? in your password to set the desired difficulty, good for nicehash etc.

Hi, I've reconnected the wallet.
Do I need the orbitcoin.conf file with the PoS mining nodes?
All blocks have the maximum weight
Are they good for Pos?

Indeed, around for 4+ years, most coins from those days are inactive/dead for a long time now.

Important announcement of alcurex: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=458732.msg20596170#msg20596170

Remote markets are closed.
Because of that the volume of alcurex is very low right now but alcurex is a nice and i.m.o. honest exchange so better
days will come, i'm pretty sure about that.

Orbitcoin isn't a remote market so it is still available at alcurex!  Smiley

Alcurex doesn't seem to workout for me. Unfortunately.

Stake wise will it change something by running two ORB clients on separate PC (yet having the very same wallets, for redundancy purpose) ?

Thanks in advance

They will produce stakes at nearly the same time using the same inputs, but only one of them can be accepted by the network. Your wallets will be full of orphans. It's better to use a single wallet on a PC or server which you can run 24/7. Orbitcoin doesn't crash on its own as I've fixed all critical bugs that I'm aware of in the past years.

All we need now is the auto-split and multisend features like the HYP wallet and it will be well rounded. Would definitely make life much easier as far as wallet management is concerned. Smiley

wow perfect Smiley     Of all that it is the % of the pos of this currency?

If you mean block type, it's 33% PoW and 67% PoS.

If you mean interest, it's undefined. You get a fixed reward of 1 ORB every time you produce a successful stake.

If I let my stake split into fragments (with PoS), the cpu load rises very high. So I reorganize my stake at some days, but it's a pain.

Can I configure a minimum fragment size?

There are configurable options, stakesplit and stakecombine, to set a splitting and combining threshold in coins respectively. stakemintime in hours sets a coin age threshold eligible for staking. It's 48 hours by default, but can be increased with no significant reduction on the number of successful stakes while reducing CPU load greatly. It takes a few weeks for a 50 ORB input to get staked usually. Chances that it happens in the first week are low.

The options stakesplit and stakecombine are working very well, thank you.

There are no problems with Cryptopia. They do business very well.
