I have been mining this coin when it got online, have some of them on my wallet, really hope it will become an expensive one due to such limited amount. Telegram chat is really exploding ! Go Orbitcoin !
Whats the Orbitcoin telegram channel? I don't see it listed in the ANN... It was deleted today, somebody reported it ? I guess it was not official then It may not be the official telegraph channel, Pay attention to safety

The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

The Orbitcoin track is an anarchy, a currency that has brought a lot of free factors to the encrypted currency world since its birth.

Blank Command Prompt with Blinking Cursor NSGMiner Issue
I am trying to mine Orbitcoin using NSGMiner with TheBlocksFactory Mining pool.
Here are my start.bat commands: nsgminer.exe --neoscrypt -g 1 -w 128 -I 16 -o stratum+tcp://s1.theblocksfactory.com:3334 -O dood76.2:1
My issue is that when I run the start.bat file, I get a blank command prompt with a blinking cursor. That stands there forever and nothing happens.
Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

Run with --text-only --debug to read the log output.

Hey Dood....
I'm doing it exactly as you are and it works fine for me. The only difference is that I can only use I=8 or I=11. I have no idea why. Maybe you should try it?

I've tried several times to solo mine ORB directly to my wallet, with no success. Can anybody help? According to netstat -a, port 15299 is listening, but when I run the nsgminer batch file, I just get a blank screen. Should I try mining directly to the wallet address? I really appreciate any expertise on this. I'm frustrated... Thanks! Here are my setup files: Orbitcoin.confserver=1 port=15298 rpcport=15299 rpcuser=xxx rpcpassword=xxxx rpcallow=127.0.0.1 rpcallow=192.168.0.101 rpcallow=192.168.0.121 rpcallow=192.168.0.131 rpcallow=192.168.0.141 addnode=seed0.orbitcoin.org:15298 addnode=seed1.orbitcoin.org:15298 nsgminer batch file:
nsgminer.exe --neoscrypt -w 128 -I 8 --url http://127.0.0.1:15299 --user xxx --pass xxxx ORB console getmininginfo:{ "blocks" : 2354420, "currentblocksize" : 1343, "currentblocktx" : 1, "powdifficulty" : 4.09494066, "posdifficulty" : 0.44683462, "powreward" : 1.00000000, "posreward" : 1.00000000, "networkhashps" : 49083603, "stakeweight" : 0, "minweightinputs" : 0, "avgweightinputs" : 0, "maxweightinputs" : 0, "stakemindepth" : 5000, "stakeminvalue" : 1.00000000, "stakecombine" : 50.00000000, "stakesplit" : 100.00000000, "pooledtx" : 1, "testnet" : false } Just as an added reference, here is the output from my Phoenixcoin getmininginfo (which *does* allow me to solo mine). PXC getmininginfo:{ "blocks" : 1627317, "currentblocksize" : 0, "currentblocktx" : 0, "powdifficulty" : 2.79491305, "powreward" : 25.00000000, "errors" : "", "generate" : false, "genproclimit" : -1, "hashespersec" : 0, "networkhashps" : 118034021, "pooledtx" : 0, "testnet" : false } Thanks!

The same advice: run with --text-only --debug to read the log output. You can specify an address with --coinbase-addr indeed, but if GetWork doesn't work, GetBlockTemplate isn't likely to work either.

None yet. There wasn't enough demand. Is there any seed for testnet ?
I have taken testnet nodes offline to save memory on servers. You can run them locally if you want to.

Well, from the initial look does look very simple. But after I see a post that has reached above 100 pages, I just found out that this project is phenomenal. Is there a Orbitcoin volume 2? I think if any, this would be a great project that is very successful.

Our Cryptocointalk thread was 123 pages long when abandoned in 2016 and people moved here.

Coins have very high value storage, value circulation, and other functions. The project is still welcome, and I hope you will develop better.
