Do some research you'll see that coins with multipools increased in value very quickly. do you have any links to prove your claim that multipools increase coins value? Honestly a multipool with the current specs doesn't seem smart. This is strictly a POW coin with an insanely low network rate. There is no point to a multipool. Now if we were hybrid POS / POW then maybe I could see it being more useful, but currently it's far easier to mine blocks yourself then to bother with mining on a multipool. Multipool also needs a reliable exchange with a good volume. The main benefit of a multipool would be automated switching to whichever coin was most profitable. I wouldn't care about which community was best or which coin had long term potential; I'm trying to gain in the short term trade to BTC then trade to CAC and increase our share in this game.

Seems like a lot of people are still solo mining according to the net hashrate on http://cali.leetpools.net/I was just wondering if anyone can describe in detail how to setup solo mining? I did it at the first launch but since the pool has been up I've been on it 24/7 now I'm looking to experiment and see how many blocks I can find on my own

Dev, I made a new logo for CaliforniaCoin, if you like it go ahead and use it. I think that an important part of a coin's image is it's logo and it needs to look nice. I'm not saying mine is nice but I think the original logo needs to be cleaned up a bit. Here's what I made: How is that better than the original? Not trying to hate on your gfx skills but it looks like you used mspaint to make that. I'm just trying to help. Like I said in my post I was not saying that mine was nice. But I do think that the original looks pretty bad. Also, where is the Dev? Did he abandon this coin?

I know how to set up and run a pool, it's just a server is needed. Can't do it from my house due to dynamic IP unfortunately. So I have been looking for Servers to rent which has around 8GB RAM and Xeon processor also with at least 1TB HDD

Affordable when starting lol. Anyway, I found a place where every spec of the server is ideal to start, then upgrade when needed. Just need to get £40. I am sure the pool would generate profits to maintain itself monthly.

Maybe there should be a public ledger of the 756,000,000 premined coins before going onto an exchange.
