I just updated to the new wallet & the 21,000 or so CAC have become "unconfirmed"
what gives, ? did the relaunch throw my hard earned coins into oblivion ?
Unfortunately, yes. I lost 4 million coins I solo mined in the first launch. Took a week with 2 of my machines running it. I was super bummed and it does suck but you have to look forward, brother. Mine it now while the difficulty is low. You should get those 21k coins back in a shorter time than it took you before. ...thanx for the shoulder..... being a cali native guess I'll just enjoy the niceness here until airdrop time. Have you guys seen what's going on in the anon alt coin market these days ? crazy.

We should be on every exchange that there is. And in the mean time maybe we should make our own exchange on like the california coin official forum perhaps? Anyone in?? We can do Doge/CAC BTC/CAC etc etc and have trusted people escrow
Well, if anyone was buying, i have around 1,100,000 which I need to exchange since I have a few money problems right now:/ So anyone like to buy?

Are there any future innovations in store for this coin? While getting on an exchange will be nice, if there is no reason to buy / use this coin for it's intended purpose of being a currency then it will all be pointless in the end.

So who won on swisscex?
We are still 5th which is pretty awesome we're beating out a lot of coins If we are 5th at the moment then does that mean we didn't get chosen this round Swiiscex says that Twitpit was the winner but I don't think they were #1 so I'm not sure how the voting actually works. Jackpot Coin has 15,000 + votes. I think Twitpit was #4 (just a guess) but they still won. wtf kinda voting scam does swisscex got going on!? Just read their Voting Terms and Conditions. Check out # 3 - copy-n-pasted here: #3 SWISSCEX has the right to add any coin from the voting system, regardless of the number of votes or its ranking. Soooo, what does that mean? The votes really don't matter, right? I mean they count but not for getting it on the exchange which I find a little shady... IMO So all that BTC that the dev team sent in meant nothing. Time to get onto Cryptsy a real exchange. Yeah, others in the community also donated to drive up the voting. I sent in .045 BTC myself and I know Alysonsly (sorry if I got the name wrong) sent some as well. I'm happy to drive California Coinup the ranks but I thought it actually counted to get us on the exchange. ScotCoin was #1 and they were put on the exchange in the last round.

It's probably anything with a vote has a chance to win. The more votes, higher % to win type of thing? Maybe only top 5

Who knows it's such a young coin it's yet to get on an exchange and a merchant will surely pick it up soon. Once the California merchants come, it's going to rise up up up. No doubt

I was wondering the same thing I asked that question on page 20ish. The fact that it is still an issue should be a clear indicator that this coin is not even remotely serious or even gives a rats arse about Californian citizens. It's another country coin with no clear improvement and meant to hype on the 'worlds 8th biggest economy'...but they really aren't trying to get in touch with Californians, are they?

Anyone will be able to reply to the thread to claim the airdrop. They will receive a PM with instructions on the verification process. Upon completion, they will receive their coins.

It's been mentioned on the OP: The premined CaliforniaCoins will be distributed to the people of California in the near future. (6/01/2014)
Users from California that are interested in the air drop will be able to reply to this thread & get their coins. This will be done in phases to help keep the market steady and avoid having any significant pumps I think the dev is working hard to get us listed on a reputable exchange and the air drop isn't a problem it's something easy to do I talked to him on Skype he isn't worried about it at all.

Maybe we as the community should test the system with a small trade? Or e-mail them to verify they have our new wallet?
