Add NODE to Bittrex or Poloniex is not a good idea right now.

Mintpal V.2.00 will have since next week FEE TO 0% until December. Everybody will move to Mintpal I think.

I dont see they adding NODE, 94th in marketcap.
bigger exchange maybe a good choice to bring more people of nodecoin.

found this on old thread
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=498662.0

Quote
4) PPS Module: Payment processing module in USD and EUR - this module will be centralized through a payment gateway. (In progress)

Exp:
You’ve created an account using a secret phrase: 13612210224060154205;

You automatically get 3 accounts, every account works with a separate module:
a) 13612210224060154205 - NXTL & Genesis’s Block decentralized module;
b) 13612210224060154205USD - centralized module through a payment gateway;
c) 13612210224060154205EUR - centralized module through a payment gateway;

All the transactions are saved in its blockchain;

Exp:
You got your new account 13612210224060154205USD, now you can: add USD to it trough a secured payment gateway, send/receive USD to/from another XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXUSD account for instance your friends, family, etc. or withdraw them through a convenient payment gateway.

5) OwnCoin: Create your own virtual currency(share) - decentralized module, you will be able to create your own Currency(share);

Exp: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXNAME

so this is NXT+XRP gateway ?
NXT have asset exchange but don't have payment gateway,
XRP have payment gateway but dont have asset exchange.
NODE solve this

to exchange NODECOIN to NODEUSD or NODEEUR. trade in node asset exchange. and price can be fluctuate?
and about payment gateway is like XRP? anyone can be payment gateway ?

looks like amazing  Shocked

How does one start forging on a headless linux server?

Thx

At the moment the forging system is set at random, so basically by keeping your account open, you are already eligible for forging!

Maybe I should rephrase my question.
Will I be forging if I just use my browser to login into http://<my_server>:19775 and then close my browser?
What I am hopping is that one does not need to keep the browser open after the login to be eligible for forging.

Thx

You only need to log in, then you can close the browser

Is it all synced with the latest blocks?

And no disconnection in the last few days??

All blocks synced, maybe disconnected 2 or 3 times because I had to use the server for something else, but I've always synced it up again.

I also haven't able to forge a single block, NODE running 24x7

There were reports of peers not showing in the windows wallet, this could be the reason! But without an investigation it is just a guess!

I will talk with the devs, on this matter!

Also another explication could be the fact that they are setting the POA in place, and could probably mess something up!...

Send me your IPs in a PM so we could research this error!

Thanks

And you guys still buyin ? LOL this shit is heading only down, I regret that I did not sell earlier.

Why would any major exchange add a coin without users and demand, it's not a good thing for business.

Did I miss something? I was that guy who predicted low market cap at the launch.

You just misunderstood my words, it could been nice to sell one stake at the launch day and spend that little money for couple if drinks or gamble. Right now the price is so damm low that I don't even bother spend time to sell my NODES, I invested nothing so I don't really care if i will never able to get anything back. I feel Sorry for guys who invested this, but maybe in future you can get you money back.
