From what i learned.. it is like the codenames/alyases of the designers or creators of bitcoin. And they're the one who implemented the first blockchain database. And they also solved the first ever problem of double spending in crypto currency
Just wondering if the person actually is there on the earth at present and if they would be reading this forum would like be laughing as no one know who is the creator of this technology which is so useful and still they do not want to take credit of doing such a brilliant work. Must be real generous person/entity etc |

Nobody knows who is the creator of bitcoin. The only thing we know is that person or government is named as satoshi nakamoto with an anonymous profile and just disappeared. If satoshi is alive at this moment, maybe some of us see him but don't know that that is the creator of bitcoin or some have talked to the creator but we don't know that he/she is the creator.
Yes rarely of people know who exactly he is, there are many theories about him, some says he was a robot, some says it is fusion of four companies of which two are samsung and toshiba, they collectively combined their name and abbrivated it as Satoshi Nakamoto, but we cannot believe any, we are grateful to him for bitcoin because it is not less than any miracle and is providing us good chances to be rich in short time |

He is an Aussie previously based on the east coast of Australia with ties within the cyber security and white hat community within our government.
He is on the run allegedly for tax reasons, but there is far more to it.
He is no longer in Australia.

Satoshi Nakamoto is the unknown person or persons designed bitcoin and created it's reference information for the use of many of these days. The development of bitcoin was up until December 2010 for the reason of many could discover the use of it to public. As of today or for about seven years after December 2010, Bitcoin has gained it's success through this person or persons who created it.
Yes, I think Satoshi is a figurative name, because many people say so, I'm not sure. But if that's the name of that person, then it does not matter to me either. And right as you say we do not know if one person created Bitcoin or there was more than one person and a group of people. To be sure, he has changed the lives of many people, the welfare of many people including me. But I am confused and curious, how can they create Bitcoin and where they first introduced Bitcoin? Is it in an online forum or how? Then, do they make a profit after creating Bitcoin, and how do they benefit from this currency they have created? |

Well we all have read some materials in other to identify who Satoshi Nakamoto is, But we have been able to know that bitcoin was founded by Satoshi Nakamoto. I think Satoshi Nakamoto as name does not exist as a person. My reason of say this is that if really the person existed as Satoshi Nakamoto, from a child to adult or to the age before the invention of bitcoin there should be friends or the relatives which people would have identified from 2009 till date. So I doubt Satoshi Nakamoto exist as a person.

This constitutes to close to 6% of all the coins in circulation and the stash is equivalent to around $9 billion in today's prices (if you add the value of Bitcoin Cash and Bitcoin Gold as well). |

They say he is the only one who created bitcoin, but nobody truly knows who really is. Also nobody knows if he, she, or they is, maybe we should be thankful because of his invention we can get income and a big help for us. |

I think we should stop finding the answer to this question as Satoshi as a creator and well wisher of this innovative project didn't want to reveal his identity then and even at this stage so it is better for him and for us too forget about his identity and start focusing on the development of the innovation that he handed to us. We have discussed it more than thousand times and still couldn't find any concrete conclusion rather than multiple possible theories so there is no point in wasting time on this question in my opinion.

My mom, Mrs. Nakamoto, bought the domain name at GoDaddy.com. Things are going good. Thanks for asking. According to wikipedia Satoshi Nakamoto is the name used by the unknown person or persons who designed bitcoin and created its original reference implementation. As part of the implementation, they also devised the first blockchain database. In the process they were the first to solve the double-spending problem for digital currency. They were active in the development of bitcoin up until December 2010. I didn't know Satoshi Nakamoto so i'll get a research and this is what i've got. |

If that's even his name. Just read the bitcoin wiki on him and I'm amazed. Nobody knows him.
Long time passed since he last posted in here. Why? "Busy"? I don't think so. He was active when bitcoin needed support but since the slashdot...
Also, it seems has knowledge in many areas, especially economy. He doesn't act like the average human. Not taking advantage out of his creation, leaving without telling anything. Is he even a single person or a group?
How can someone create something so great and not stepping out to get the credit?
I am inclined to the fact that Satoshi Nakamoto is a fictitious personality or a pseudonym of the creator who now has a lot of bitcoins on his account. Sooner or later he will begin selling these bitcoins and then the rate of bitcoins can fall very much. |
