Any other options for pulling an output to get a more accurate answer?
Spondoolies should fix it. There isn't a valid value to read. M FWIW I have tried reporting this to Spondoolies via forums, email, and Skype with absolutely no luck. They claim there is nothing for them to fix. I even created and hosted and Open Source shell script that reproduces the issue outside of miners / monitors: https://github.com/nwoolls/MultiMiner/blob/master/RPC-API-Test/rpc-api-test.shI'll try contacting them and seeing what happens. I no longer have any SP20s to reproduce this with. All of hardware is offsite, and SP20s are very conducive to offsite hosting. M

i can't see any output that has 0.0071 anywhere i dont think its only 1 miner either, because i get no data on mobileminer at all got 10 antminer s3 and two S5's
my locale on my computer is Norwegian if that has anything to do with it
Would you look at the output grid for your miners and see what value would be 0.0071? M Okay. Please use the "get miner info" button for two or three of your miners and PM me the output please. With that I should be able to figure out what's wrong. M

I do have a valid MM key......the mining hardware I use is all bitmain; s1 [yes I have a few], s2, s3's and of course the c1 I bought from you. I have the check box checked on your 5.0 software....and the key is typed in. What could I be missing??
Check for leading and trailing spaces on the email address and key? M Do I need to have any other software running on my pc for mobile miner to work or will your program feed their system properly? Just make sure you have the MMinerMOnitor.MobileMinerAPI.dll file in the same folder. Otherwise, no, it should all work. Re memory usage.. check your task manager to see how much it is using? CPU usage should be minimal. M re: MMinerMOnitor.MobileMinerAPI.dll who has the file? where do I get it? where does it need to be on my computer, specifically?

is the alert for hash speed broken, it used to work a few version ago, but with the latest it won't trigger unless i put something ridiculous like 450000000 for a s3, the other alert like temp and fan speed works.

As far as I know it works. Can you post screenshots detailing the problem please? M

I agree, it looks like something is broken. Do you know what version it last worked in? M

That's a curious message. I may be able to figure it out. What version of IE do you have on this machine? Is it fully patched? M

M In addition visiting https://api.mobileminerapp.com in your browser should show a valid certificate in the address bar. Just to give you something to verify outside of the miner software itself.

I've confirmed that hash rate alerts are broken. I'm pretty sure they are broken across all miner types, and I'm pretty sure I know why. Hopefully I can fix it soon. I'm still tight on time here, so I'm not able to devote much attention to this project. M

The reboot function fails to initiate. The log reads:
"3/20/2015 9:28:04 PM: Rebooting S3: 192.168.1.107 because it's the scheduled reboot time." "3/20/2015 9:28:04 PM: Not rebooting S3: 192.168.1.107 because it is marked as Do Not Reboot"
However, I have double checked every possible setting and the "Do Not Reboot" box in the Miner Configuration tab is not checked.
Any suggestions?

The field that triggers the alert is supposed to highlight. Do you want more than that? M
