Question: Should a portion of the unclaimed coins be made available for those that missed the swap?
Yes - We have enough to spare, even for late-comers.
No - Sufficient notice and time to complete the swap was given. It wouldn't be fair to those that were punctual.

Part 2: There is a 500k bounty for an experienced coder to fix it, or at least collaborate with us to fix it. No need to throw a fit over missed coins; earn them instead! I guarantee you'll feel better about it.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

I just like the coin and the community so all I can say is in the original post it stated you had to have at least 20 post (Most likely to discourage people just creating new accounts to get free coins) So since you only have 11 post is probably the reason you didn't get any.
What do I need to provide?

Update: Wallet fix collaboration fell through, not gonna happen. I'm not sure why, but I'm sure he had his reasons. That being said, I'm still going through the source code and updating it by myself. I'm not a "dev" or "coder", just a volunteer who gives a damn lol. It's probably going to take a little longer than anticipated, but rest assured, I am working on it.
Thank you very much for your help, still need someone tosolve these problems, so we still have to continue to wait, but I won't give up

Hello!
As I understand the IPO has already closed? Huh

www.iotatoken.com                      https://twitter.com/iotatoken
Iota is a brand new and novel micro-transaction cryptotoken optimized for the Internet-of-Things (IoT). Unlike the complex and heavy blockchains of Bitcoin and the like, which were designed with other uses in mind, Iota is created to be as lightweight as possible, hence the name "Iota" with emphasis on the ‘IoT’ part.

As it looks like the wallet will hardly be fixed in the next 2-3 days, look for prices around 40-50 satoshi sooner rather than later. It will not be very hard to pump that Smiley

Wallet Update... After a lengthy discussion with the dev, he realized he made a typo in regards to min and max stake... 30/90 are the "correct" values, and I asked him to change the OP accordingly. If it is indeed 30/90, then the staking isn't broken, and we can go on to focus on other things i.e. exchanges, more wallet features, merchants, etc. He is going to treat the POW aspect as a feature, rather than a bug, to keep transactions moving all the way through the first POS block and beyond. ANN changed to reflect POW/POS.

My take on this/full disclosure: Looking at the source code, it seems as though 3/9 was the intended staking target. I urge you all to sift through the code and come to your own conclusions before passing quick judgement. If someone can indeed confirm 30/90, vice 3/9, please do so and report back.

According to the dev's mistake, staking isn't broken. We just haven't reached the minimum coin age of 30 days yet.
