Question: Should a portion of the unclaimed coins be made available for those that missed the swap?
Yes - We have enough to spare, even for late-comers.
No - Sufficient notice and time to complete the swap was given. It wouldn't be fair to those that were punctual.

Min stake age: 30 days

Does this mean that staking doesnt start until after coins have been in the wallet for 30 days?

I'm confused...

When will the new wallet be ready?

You know, I probably should have announced that right away.  Grin The update will take place in 3 stages. Here are details taken directly from yesterday's IRC conversation:

Orangecoindev
"1. ticker for client update (currently being developed by our very own StudentWiskunde
2. 1 btc to roll over to ybcoin fork and eliminate and POS issues in the future
3 1 btc to implement and hard forks to things such as rewards, block times etc. This is really the best and wisest way to address your issues.

1 btc before, 1 after. Ticker when its done. First client update with checkpoints 48hrs. First client update 1 week later to ybcoin fork. 2nd client update 1 week later to fork any remaining variables. usually will be no delays but sometimes problems may occur. At anytime it does you would be informed asap."

In summary, it will take about 2 weeks total, if all goes well. I'm paying the 2 BTC out of pocket, but if anyone's feeling grateful, donate to the cause.

cooffee is on the way to the moon,
great job dev keep it up Wink

Thanks, buddy. It's because I have such an awesome community backing me up  Grin I hope to see a price correction once we roll out the wallet updates. Until our market cap rises, not much can be done with the 1m CFC development fund.

Here are a few of the short-term milestones we still need to reach:

And long-term
  • Overhaul of the Guild website with full merchant support
  • Buy/Sell coffee-related gift cards (to be hosted on the Guild's site)
  • A system that allows CFC point-of-sale/vending transactions

Speaking of the Guild, part of the profits will go into R&D for wallet technology and other projects, big and small.

Keep going Coffeecoin!

I have donated today 100000CFC's for support.
