Me too. Do not be paid today!  Angry

Have you actually checked your Bitcoin wallets?

It is just the interface for me that is not showing the payments yet, but the bitcoin has arrived in my wallet as normal.

If you are not mining BTC but another coin, check that coins wallet as you might find you have been paid, but the web interface does not show it on that yet.

Great, having your coins is good! Smiley It is just a problem with their interface at the moment, always check your wallet if that happens again.

Interface seems fixed now regarding payments.

For those that are still having payment issues, please can you go and check to see if they actually show there now.

If you still do not have payments in your wallets, please double check that your wallet addresses are correct in the Genesis Mining interface and if they are, then make sure that your wallets blockchain is up to date etc and that you can send and receive payments ok from other places.

If you still have a problem after that, then in your Genesis Mining interface, click on My Account, then Contact Support, write them a message and someone will help to sort you out.

Told ya crawler =)

Interesting news, as some of you I am doing a comparison video between GM and a competitors Hashlet product.

I actually had yesterday the first full days payment from both to compare and the results were very interesting and I think for some people, very surprising!

Will be posting a video in a few hours.

Ian

Video is now ready.

Congrats to Genesis Mining for giving me the best payouts on my first full comparison day! Smiley

Nicely done, keep it up! Cheesy

We have had display bug in the UI which is fixed now.
This has nothing to do with the payments itself, they have been sent.

In general, as we have received many requests via support regarding this;
- The first payout may take up to 48 hours to arrive
- There is no fixed time of the day for a payout
- Payouts are conducted within 24 hours after a full mining day, timezone CET
- It's more important the coins are in your wallet rather than shown on the UI.

Best regards,
Genesis Mining

Hiya, I was trying to explain to some people that the payments were probably in their wallets ok, if you see some of the replies I got, they finally managed to get sorted, which was good, as at least that saved you having another load of support emails. So I hope in a way I saved you a little bit of time Smiley Smiley

Next video will be up shortly, mainly due to the fact that I need the GM Ui to display the transaction info, you know what people can be like viewing videos, if I hadn't of shown that, I might have had some viewers comment that as I wasn't showing the figures, then I must be faking them, especially as Genesis Mining won once again with the payments. All payouts were better than the competition..So 2-0 to Genesis so far.

Here is my table Blackcoin Pool vs Genesis (profitability):

                         Blackcoin Pool                            Genesis

2014-09-16     2.7182 BC per MH/s            2.7911 BC per MH/s
2014-09-15     2.0936 BC per MH/s            2.1128 BC per MH/s
2014-09-14     1.8470 BC per MH/s            1.8561 BC per MH/s
2014-09-13     3.5603 BC per MH/s            3.5701 BC per MH/s
2014-09-12     3.7978 BC per MH/s            3.8162 BC per MH/s
2014-09-11     3.9705 BC per MH/s            3.9795 BC per MH/s

As you can see, Genesis is a little bit more profitable, but not critically.

From the FAQ @ genesis-mining.com:
"As of September 2014, we provide: Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Darkcoin, Reddcoin, Blackcoin, Feathercoin, Auroracoin, Lottocoin and Megacoin."

Expect more coins to follow (GMCoin? MegaMikeCoin?)
I also think that Genesis should add more coins on their list and I hope Genesis will add only those coins which have high profitability level.

We are going to announce another high potential coin very soon that you will all like. Smiley

Stay tuned!

OH! And now for something completely different... Genesis Mining is full of announcements lately.

In case you haven't noticed, let me refresh the memory:

1) Why not add a revenue reinvestment program?
1) This is definitely something we plan to offer soon.

We are currently working extensively on a new  structure for our clients which will give our new and also our old devoted customers more flexibility.

We currently have a lot of new features in the pipeline we are eager to announce! Stay tuned for the upcoming times. It will be great!

Got it?! Something's up.
Something Soon.
Something Flexible.
Something Featuresque.
Something Tuned.
Something Great.

In short: something BIG. But what...

Since it's for new and old devoted customers, I bet old-not-so-devoted customers will be digitalized and turned into extra hashrate at login, which will provide everybody with more revenue without a need for reinvestment! Ghosts in the mining machine, the ultimate ectoplasmic power boost.

Or something more down to earth?
