Genesis Mining is not one of the 'best performing products on the market'. I am getting about 3% per week using auto switching paying out in btc. There are other legitimate altcoin cloud mining sevices returning over 10% per week. |

So does anyone know if the roi on this is attainable just mining scrypt coins like litecoin?
Difficulty and value varies. ROI is attainable within the contract but hard to say if sooner or later. |

There might be a reason why they did not include some of the anonymous pseudo companies in their review  Ltcgear is anonymous and they could run any time with your coins. Not even registered a company last time I checked, so hardly legitimate business. I hope not too many fall for these scams. MAT? Did they ever deliver any product?? Maybe you want to add Fibonacci to the list, too. I heard they promise a great ROI  Please also update the numbers of scrypt.cc - they are outdated. Effective price is 8 USD cent per kH/s. At least, we agree on Gawminers, but they are just on par with GM (as we have recently discussed here). You should calculate the effective cost of ownership. |

Difficulty and value varies. ROI is attainable within the contract but hard to say if sooner or later. I agree. But people should not believe it is a riskless get-rich-quick scheme. These days are over long time ago. ROI can be reached, but it takes time. Also it depends on the value of coins with respect to Bitcoin. With some knowledge of the markets (and a bit of luck) you can do quite well. |

You promote over and over these shady ltcgear. But you will have your reasons. ltcgear.com delivered the first custom FPGAs for litecoin over 9 months ago and has been in business longer than Genesis Mining. My only agenda is to help new miners make return on investment as soon as possible by searching out and recommending the best performing altcoin cloud mining providers. Mining is tough right now but ROI is still possible within a few months by making smart choices. I only recommend services I use myself. |

Thank you for your question. Let me be completely open about this: Monero was a last minute addition to the list and we did not check the coin specs in detail. In turned out that the API / RPC is completely different to the coins we have integrated so far (which all use the standard Bitcoin RPC commands). Therefore, this will require some major changes in our backend (it can be done, it will just take longer than expected). For this reason, we will have to postpone the Monero integration. We know that this coin is popular and we will continue to work on it. Sorry for that. Team is checking the second placed coin and will integrate it in the meantime. Best regards, Marco |

You should at least offer some advantage to people that bought a while ago. Overall, I will be extremely lucky if I get back 50% of the btc I invested.
At the moment, I would advise everyone to keep their BTC and not invest with you. This was the worst BTC investment I did.
+ 1 !!! I invested the first of June...what a loss...my first very bad invest...i trusted GM...what a mistake...no reward for early adopters...nothing... But all is my own fault... You invested 2 months ago and you say that this is bad investment having 10 more months to go ? I understand that you are playing with 'some' numbers, but you can not suggest that this is not a good investment. Based on what ? Your expectations on quick ROI in 2 months ? Is this a joke ? I have my contract with Genesis and I am very happy getting daily payouts in coins I need. Sometimes it's better on BTC (auto) sometimes RDD or DRK ... if you have time every day you can change mining allocation based on some real work, not dreams. Order a miner, get it delivered, heat your kitchen with it, pay the electricity, do the configuration, change the pools, monitor the system, reboot the system, replace power supply..... than put the numbers on the table and let's talk. Everyone that needs good service, great support, and good sleep I can recommend Genesis Mining anytime. Take the smallest package if you have any doubts and start mining in 15 minutes.
