There's definitely something wrong, my payments went from 0.02something to 0.015 yesterday and 0.012 today. I have logged a call.

Okay Guys i have the same Problem as u aswell. I heard about lowering the Fees per gh/s from CryptoMiningblog.

Also my Payouts are horrible at the Moment, but this is because of the cheap BTC Price at the Moment.
I would like to have a better overview over the Mining and the finded Blocks that my Hashrates are trying to solve.

That would be great to get more transparance at genesis Mining from= how much u earned, and how much u pay for electricity

regards
lama-hunter

Unfortunately at the moment as we have posted before, if you look up in our past posts here, it is not possible at the moment to display that kind of information. We are working on that.

It is pretty easy to work out your electricity costs though. Just take your maintenance fee as it is in USD and multiply it by the amount of GH/s you have.

For example if you have 1TH/s then as your maintenance fee might be for example 0.0015 USD per GH/s per day, just multiply 0.0015 x 1000 = 1.5 or 1.50 USD. Then you can work out on various sites what 1.50 USD in bitcoin is, it will not be 100 percent accurate as BTC price varies a little on different exchanges but it will give you a good idea of how much BTC has to be removed from your payout each day for the maintenance fee.

For those with new contracts from the last few days the maintenance fee will be 0.0012 USD per GH/s per day so that will be 1.20 USD per 1TH/s that is removed from the daily payout.

alright, Boss.

0.0015$ per gh/s x 11000 gh/s = 16.50$//0.07BTC
Earnings should be 0.09323231 - 0.07BTC = 0.02323231 My Pacout was : 0.01869084 Differnce 0.00454147 = ca. 1.05$:

So there is missing an Payout of min. 0.0045 BTC. Genesis Mining ? Whats wrong?

356 x 0.00454147 = 1.61676332 BTC at one Year differnce.
This isnt funny anymore Guys.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Same here.
Lowest payment ever.  Shocked

I have been following https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=768931.360 and I get exactly the same satoshis per GH/s he does on every payment.

Even so, I feel these values are just wrong

Hi,

I would like to promote Genesis-mining on my faucets. Do you have some link/s to nice articles about service?

FWIW the guestimated wallet of GM based on taint analysis I mentioned sometime ago is now empty, and it's the one from which payouts were made (at least for all payouts addresses I know about), hence the lack of payouts.

Now, if GM is legit, one can hope this was a hot wallet for payouts and trading alts, there was a technical hiccup and it will be replenished Monday latest, otherwise...

Also given that this hot wallet held a very significant amount at times, chances are it was hacked, though I do not see any massive withdrawal, taint analysis is not all-seeing nor foolproof, and it could be their mining wallet that was hacked. Anyway, if it's a hack, for a real mining operation with actual hardware, it should be survivable.

We will know soon either way.

(Currently rerunning the taint analysis, will post update if the new analysis comes to different conclusions)

Edit: new analysis found about 315 BTC, so they're no it dry.

I'd really like an explanation why my payouts dropped 40% in two days while the BTC-price remained equal (in fact it rose a little).

(edit: 40% not 60%).

Same here : http://imgur.com/DsJ3U0N

You better have a good explanation GM....

I'm waiting for a serious answer. I WANT to know which pool you are using.
Let's be transparent, or trust me you will have to face angry people.

That would be great to get more transparance at genesis Mining

I agree, questions need to be answered. Like you guys I am also down on payouts (and yet to receive a payout today). If GM are pulling a fast one when I think I will be using what little ROI I have on a nice trip to iceland...

Threats will definitely help.
If I were GM, I would now terminate your contract.

I'm sure it's just a technical problem and will be solved monday.

Stop being a stupid puppet. It's not a threat, just reality.

We paid for a service here. We are customers. We have the right to be angry with such payouts. If it is a technical problem, they better speak about it fast and loud.

It's a little of both. As customers we are intitled to be angy (or better: worried) at this stage. However, to jump to conclusions does not help, and letting anger getting the better if you certainly does not either.

At this stage, to me it seems the most probable scenario is a technical problem. Which in itself is bad enough for a cloud mining company;  you want the payouts to be utterly reliable. GM is certainly not a ponzi scheme waiting to run with our money, they're way to big and way to invested in something good (for them) for that.

They're also not the first cloud mining company to fuck up their internal accounting. The accounting is usually built around old database technologies, rarely do they use a blockchain-like technology for internal accounting. Also, a number of big exchanges face similar issues. Recently Bitfinex fucked up. And a couple of weeks ago, Megamine acidentaly trippled my income and paid me 2 BTC more then I was intitled to. They have since corrected that, I now have a negative BTC balance there....

Megamine did not communicate ANYTHING about their fuck-up. I presume GM will do better, but I must say it does take a long time.

There is another possible scenario at work here.  With payouts 40% lower than 2 weeks ago, BTC prices slightly higher than 2 weeks ago, and multipool algorithms in place to minimize pool variance there could be a series of miner hardware or networking failures taking place.  It's the only thing that makes any sense.  With a 100% uptime guarantee in place we should be compensated for the apparent loses we are suffering, right Genesis-Mining?  Give us some kind of communication here about what is happening or all sorts of theories will pop up here.

Taint-analysis update: found about 315 BTC, so they're not dry, and do not appear to have had their funds hacked.
They made a 150 BTC withdrawal recently to what looks like an exchange, but that's a regular occurrence.

Also found that they got a fair amount of BTC from BitFury's pool recently.

So it looks like a payout glitch, from a blockchain POV

A little more transparancy would go a long way with customer relations here.  Then we can actually see for ourselves what's is going on with everything and speculation would be kept to a minimum.  Do you really have anything to hide from the owners of GM Hashrate contracts?
