So, so sick of scrypt.

I will even throw the BTC down to get a dev to make it not scrypt.

So...

-We have no working link provided @ time of launch
-No nodes
-And 100+ blocks already mined for those who figured out to get wallet synched...

Not really a good combination for a winner.
Next time go for a premine please...

I'm not sure if you saw the subreddit, but I posted the github link (which was easily searchable days ago by the way) and the supernode IP. The difficulty is still super low... and probably will be for a while longer. Nobody even started to mine until 12:45 AM EST.

That's interesting, because the official release time is 5:00 GMT. That would be 1 AM EST. So one hour later after solo mining, there is still no pool for this. Lovely.

Yea, so I have to confess we're pretty bad at time. Sad, I know. And our Windows box we were using to compile kept crashing. But you can't have everything. You either get a true no-premine launch where you generate the genesis block immediately before launch like we did and compile after and hope you finish in time, or you get some crap premined coin. Either way, we had a couple of minor hiccups but things are going smoothly right now. One pool operator just PMed me and said their pool is running and they are testing it now.

It's nice that some coins launch with pools now, but nothing stopped anyone from downloading the source from Github at midnight EST and compiling then solomining.

Support the VeriFund Endowment.

Greetings everyone,

This coin has been added to http://www.onebtcplace.com!

No signups required simply point your Vericoin address to one of the three ports below!

For anyone having trouble with the wallet simple create a vericoin.conf and add the node to it like so addnode=107.170.140.210 and then it will work.
