The next episode is the multipool . actually on test by the staff .

This multipool will bring a "special" feature .

So , keep ur coin on your wallet v 1.1  and catch some more interest .

More people are staking their coins more the interest % is going up .

-------------------------------------------------------------

The MANDATORY wallet sync went to completion.

It did get hung up twice @ Block2578 and again @ block 70.

Quick response on IRC by pnosker had me check to C if I had conf file in %appdat%/roaming/Vericoin

I did not.

Simple close and restart of Client (Wallet) @ each Sticking Block and sync went to completion

my Total now shows 4 coins for every 1 it showed pre-sync

Got apiece of good fortune there!

my small bag is now a LARGE bag.

I'm leaving all my VRC in the wallet to stake and for the health of the network.

Staking taking place on regular basis, with expected changes to balances. Everything working smoothly

Many Huzzahs R in order for the Devs

"Mr. Sulu take us up to WARP 7"

I'm glad to hear that everything is working for you.

what's going on with this coin - appears to be struggling, at least on poloniex.

if the wallet issue has been fixed, is this a buying opportunity?

My wallet is stuck again... I'll try the same process I did last time.  Was there a new Windows wallet that needed downloaded within the last 3 days?

Like I said, people are putting their money into MRO. VRC has made a decent profit for many and has sat still for the last few days, it's the obvious move.

VRC will come back once the MRO madness has eased.

I think you're right. Looks like dumping is over. And some interesting announcement on the multipool ahead. Let's buy!

I think you're right. Looks like dumping is over. And some interesting announcement on the multipool ahead. Let's buy!

We still have a lot of large coin holders like the mining farms that hold a large number of coins. Since our market is so small, it doesn't take much to drastically move the price up or down. Fortunately, the large sellers are selling slowly (1 or 2 BTC at a time). But with our market, that still causes wide swings. We will continue to see these dumps until all their coins are sold. They seem to be dumping and then waiting for the price to go back up a bit before selling again.

In the long run, this can only help us because it provides cheap buying opportunities. It can, however, be scarey in the short term. I certainly don't like seeing my investment's value quartered in 10 minutes time. I do take comfort though in the knowledge that the market will not only recover, but will continue to rise eventually.

We can expect to see more wild swings in the near future. Just don't panic and sell when the price is low. Use these price dips to buy and if you need to sell, sell when the price goes up.

Edit: Large sellers only start most huge downswings. Panic and FUD make it twice as bad as it should be.
