Agree with this analysis. Looking for further dev team clarification as I am late the party as usual on this one. But boy, I am pretty stoked even about being late than not arriving to the party at all. This coin just may have huge implications in the crypto universe. And correct me if I'm wrong, I believe some more features related "news" is on the way(?) Excuse while I got check the website again. Ah, almost forgot... just downloaded the wallet. Do I need to do anything to starting staking/interest? Haven't touched the wallet at all yet other than send coins to it...(didnt encrypt, etc.) Am I go to go for automatically staking? Good fortune to everyone invested in this coin and thanks to the dev team! In alpha phase, I've successfully sent VRC to my BTC wallet with no middle man. Actually that's pretty huge but we do need better info on what rates are being used and whether there are limits to the number of coins that can be sent this way. For instance, if someone was holding 100BTC-worth of VRC that they needed to send to someone as BTC, could they, when the service is fully released, do so without affecting the overall rate of exchange? The equivalent of a 'dump' of VRC to BTC normally has an effect on the market but I'm assuming that the currently centralised nature of VeriBit has these transactions taking place outside of the normal exchange conditions. If VRC can achieve this degree of liquidity without the rate of exchange applied being negatively affected for large transactions, then it really will become harder to justify being in BTC at all, given that one can earn interest while staking VRC. No middle man ... except the Veribit service. Agreed that this could be a big deal if we can get some clarity about fees, and a response to cryptodevil's query

After 1 VRC. Then it seems to trickle in every hour.

Agreed that this could be a big deal if we can get some clarity about fees, and a response to cryptodevil's query The fees are clearly stated on the website. It's 2 VRC. The rate is determined by the fee (2 VRC) + the calculated exchange rate across exchanges and orders.

I would like to personally thank anyone who may be selling VRC for the past hour. Me too. It's a bad idea to dump when the new wallet is being released in two days with VeriBit and VeriSend integrated and another professionally designed one on July 19th. Fully transparent development team who revealed their full names and educational backgrounds and training and current employers/institutions. Not like the other crapcoins who have anonymous creators who have something to hide. Probably one of the few coins that institutional investors would be happy investing in.

I'm fully out of the coins that don't release their team member names. That era is over. If you can't tell me who you are, I'm going to assume you're hiding something from me.

To vericoin team I would like to recommend you to create a donation page, its much more professional than asking in forum everytime you need some funding and saves people from digging through fud to find what projects are in need or are coming, and show what percent is needed, I know i would donate more with this system. vericoin holder since 500sat never seen a exchange since i bought best coin out there, let us help you keep it that way. thx examples http://www.potfunder.comhttp://vertcoinmarket.com

Here's a 3 phased idea to get VRC to reach 50k+ satoshi and more!
2. Secondly, all of us, and I mean ALL OF US, need to join http://pool.vericoin.info/ the Vericoin multipool.
Can anyone give me an idea of what the daily estimated earnings would be running 100 GH/s using SHA256 on this pool?

panic dump on mintpal...someone want more and cheap coins... sell wall @ 0.00029670 100000.00000000 vrc
That's not a panic dump. A panic dump is when someone sells a large amount into the buys, namely, dumps straight out of the coin they are in into BTC. That sell wall is an attempt at market manipulation, that's all. Check the network dynamic stake rate, I think you'll find there are more people staking by holding coins in their wallets than keeping them on exchanges for trading. GREAT JOB increasing that staking Team! Today we broke another record and are currently staking a massive 12 million Vericoins! As we all work together and stake all the coins we own, it becomes harder and harder for Vericoin to do any meaningful and lasting drops and easier for Vericoin to go up. One of the reasons Tesla stock skyrocketed from $25 to $100 and then $200 is because Elon and friends owned 60+% of the shares which gave Tesla stock a very low tradeable float. When we stake all our coins, we are reducing the float of available Vericoins to sell and creating a similar situation to Tesla stock.
Keep up the Great Work!
