Hello, Maybe my question is stupid, but I'll ask anyway! What is the meaning of recycling of other coins Mastiff? Is not it still the same if I have DOGE Coin for example, which sell for bitcoin and buy Mastiff! The ultimate goal is the same! Furthermore, the "recycling" means that anything you do something! So why not give an opportunity to recycle coins as Application coin /APP Coin/, Gift Coin /GFT/ and Goinye Coin /Coye/. Thanks a lot!  Forgive me for my bad English! |

Now this recycle should put this coin to da moon but i think a little marketing or promoting would cause this coin above 100k surely for.
I agree with you. Still the same song and dance here, eh? I don't want to be a debby downer, but I think we're all hopelessly optimistic on this coin now, I'm still invested and shall remain because I like what Dev is doing, but I'll be honest, at this point I'm going to expect nothing but hope for the best. meh. back to Civ5. unfairly overcritical, IMO With all do respect, he somewhat has a point, although I disagree with hopelessly optimistic. This coin has a good future because it has an active dev/team who know what theyre doing. That being said the price didn't move once the beta was released, which is a bit scary for an investor. For what it's worth, I still would suggest shift the branding to a more 'financial' theme, after all it is a currency. My two best examples right now are Crypt and Dark. If you look at the logos, the branding..they speak 'big money' and finance, and this is what people are attracted to. Today, there was hype about Crypt with their soon to be anon and their world class dev. Just hype so far with nothing released. The price as a result went up to 50K. Now imagine when they actually do release the product. It all started with the branding. Now we come to MastiffCoin, which has a working released innovative feature, but it gets no shine. Why? Because it doesn't speak 'big money.' My two cents. Well This coin maybe going to 20-30-40k, but this going to be abandon fast without this 'financial' theme. Why not doing this in one time? I means get out this recycler over new thème!!! Don't play too much with the market , saying we will see is one of the worst thing you can do, i have been on EMC2 long time and dev repeadly say we will see and don't listen community on change some time hard. There's No long term without a short term plan. Coin recycler is a good ideas, but you'll need to be at the top. Please try to understand this, people will pump and dump without this financial thème because theres No plan, recycler is not a plan but a feature. This is the perfect moment to do something big, don't miss your chance !! |

I wouldn't do that Yeah no way in hell would I want that guy associated with this coin in any way! Yea associating with scum won't positively help publicity. We are better off hiring an experienced PR manager to spread the word and once again shift the branding to 'finance.' I'm telling you, anybody who comes at a glimpse of this coin would think it's another doggy coin...btw cryptcoin is up to 100k all from its branding image (with absolutely 0 releases, but all hype) while Mastiff has a working feature and sits dwindling at 8.5k, its sad and pathetic...how does nobody else see this. Branding lays the foundation to a coin. Regardless of how good a coin is, how many features it has, how good the devs are, if the brand isn't appealing, its going to shit the bed. I understand that the devs want to market to the Asian community since the tibetan mastiff is popular icon, but from my years of gambling and doing business with Asians, they care more about money and finance than anything sentimental. I'm not saying change the name of the coin, but for gods sake lets change logo and brand into something that speaks more 'corporate finance' and big money. |

I agree 100% with you and I said the same things in the IRC today. Dev just agree to let me re design the main website, so I will start working on it wednesday and after 3 days MAST should have a full new cool website ! As I said before I contacted someone who can make a professional video explaining how does the coin recycler work and tweeting it to 77k followers from crypto world, but the price is 0.7 btc so unless MAST price goes up a little I'm not sure we can afford it. I think the idea of integrating the Coin Recycler into the wallet is the biggest thing, and once the Coin Recycler will have at least 5 coins it can become something huge because people would not even need any exchanges or online acounts, they will be able to do everything from their wallet (fast, secure, no fees...)

Can you create a donation fund so the community can chip in. Have both btc address and mast address to donate to. 0.7 is nothing and we should be able to reach that in no time. I can donate some right now. Keep us all posted. |

We should establish the specifics of what donations are going towards before setting up a fund, so there's no confusion about the intended use. Producing videos has not historically done a lot for coins, although it is potentially a good idea. Our team's idea is that launching a more traditional PR offensive to get press releases/articles on Yahoo/Bloomberg/etc. would be likely to generate more interest than a video, at this stage, and the cost would be roughly similar initially (~0.7-1 btc to get started).
If we were to move away from the "mastiff" theme but wanted to stick with "MAST" as the symbol, our options are fairly limited, as "MasterCoin" is already taken. Masterpiece and Mastermind are the only two good words that start with Mast- that come to mind, unless someone has other ideas.
