Quote
finally i installed it on my pimp

here is manual

in terminal type

pmupdate or pimpupdate

after run it again

and choose 13 to install mod x11 miner

after choose 1 to update poolmanager

and done  :)i

enjoy

user itraxe from another thread fixed me up with Pimp.  You must update poolmanager again with pimpupdate, even though the system says it does it when you're adding the x11mod miner.

Also the menu option is 6 to install the modx11 for Pimp 1.4.2, maybe he was using a different version Pimp.

Code:
"gpu-threads" : "2",
"gpu-vddc": "1.150",
"gpu-fan" : "75-100",
"gpu-engine" : "1200",
"gpu-memclock" : "1500",
"gpu-powertune" : "20",
"kernel" : "x11mod",

He has a 280X... This is why you're not getting 3.5MH/s since you have a 270X

Posted from Bitcointa.lk - #ucug34o5MpZ8R6YD

rawintensity is the most basic of the intensity settings, it is just as is sounds "raw" and the very number used for intensity
intensity is the power of 2 to use... ie intensity: "15" is of 2^15 == 32768 rawintensity
xintensity is a multiple of the number of shaders for the specific GPU... ie xintensity: "512" is 1280 * 512 === 655360 rawintensity (for a r9 270 w/ 1280 shaders)

Many people (myself included) believe setting intensity as a multiple of shaders makes for better hashing Smiley

Can someone give a config for 290non-x? Embarrassed

-I 19 --gpu-engine 947 --gpu-memclock 1250 -g 2 -w 128 --thread-concurrency 20481

Gets me 3550 KH/s on R9 290 (non-X).

Does anybody have some better settings? My card doesn't seem to like -g 4 and if I push the engine too high I get driver crashes.

For Marucoin, after porting the x11 kernel to x13, I get ~750kh/s with my 5850 at 715/995. But the ordinary marucoin kernel fails to compile oddly enough.

Can you make a Windows build with your x13mod kernel so I can test results on R9 290X and share configs please.

btw 2-min SICK build is pretty stout, I think this miner has an issue with the way Nicehash drops their stratum work when switching coins.  I don't use Nicehash but a lot of renters complain about that.

Hook it up with the X13 kernel mod!

Are you saying we're getting faster performance because the CL file isn't object-oriented, and instead, smashed into one straight file?  No other mods or hardcodes to darkcoin kernel?

Well, I'm almost done updating my entire farm.  And it looks like Pimpupdate has been updated again to fix the 500 server error after updating to the x11 mod. Nice going guys! You only have to select menu option 6 and your update will be complete.

Speaking of marucoin I've ported x11 to x13 which should mean speed improvements.
Hi,man.Can you share it?

User magro on reddit posted this script to install on Bamt 1.6

https://github.com/benmagro/Add-SGminer-X11Mod-Miner-To-BAMT/

Installs and works fine except I'm not getting temperatures or fan speeds showing up in sgminer.  Any ideas for a fix?  Had the same problem when I tried to build myself.

BTW getting 6.0mhs from 2 x Sapphire Vapor X 280x, 335w at the wall.  Using 280x config from OP, best I could get out of sgminer-sph was 4.4mhs, 36% increase, nice!

X13 bro!  It's like X11 with a +2 bastard sword.  Also, it has little to no market/coins YET.  Just like X11 in uh... February? Wink

You need to copy the adl header files into the ADL_SDK folder before compiling to see tempuratures

i'm getting 3350 with core 1100 td 8192 and i 18

What is WU in the stats?
it is around 0.200/m

I read in the net that this is actual rate that pool receive.

0.035, 0.2 is possible with this algo

getting HW, running 5pcs 280x toxic 8GB ram, driver 13.1 by techpowerup, win 8.1 with this settings. anyone knows how to fix this?

"intensity" : "15",

}

anyone knows how to fix this?

I don't have a 280X... but I would say: drop worksize to 128, and gpu-memclock to 1500. I get HW errs on my 270's with really high clocks and have to reboot. If nothing else at least try dropping worksize to 128. Also I see you have shaders "0", I would either remove that or set it to the correct number of shaders

i tried what u said .. still getting HW Sad

i'm getting errors too with my 280x if i oc to 1140+ the core, try to lower the core to 1100, or your default

but i'm getting errors only on the first slot gpu

No matter what settings i use , still HW. what catalyst version are u guys using? im currently using 13.1 by techpowerup which is moded for 6gpus.. since i just got 5 gpus now, do u advise that i go back to the default catalyst driver?

14.4, try the last drivers

Does anyone know if the watt per card goes up?  Or is the power consumption still the same more or less?
