Hi, I'm getting 2.7Mh on my R9 280x mining Boostcoin on x13mod. Is that about right?

Settings? I'm getting 2.3-2.4 on 280x
2.73 actually.
Nothing out of the ordinary (except the clocks maybe as my pc is watercooled):

tc@8192
intensity@16
vectors@1
shaders@2048
lookup-gap@2
gpu-threads@2
...
1225/1800

Thanks, yes the clock speeds would explain it. It's not worth the added heat for my peasant air-cooler Smiley

Anyway here's my 2.7Mh+ conf file for R9 280x:

"intensity" : "16",
"worksize" : "256",
"kernel" : "x13mod",
"thread-concurrency" : "8192",
"vectors" : "1",
"lookup-gap" : "2",
"shaders" : "2048",
"temp-cutoff" : "95",
"api-port" : "4028",
"expiry" : "1",
"gpu-dyninterval" : "7",
"gpu-threads" : "2",
"hotplug" : "5",
"log" : "5",
"no-pool-disable" : true,
"queue" : "0",
"scan-time" : "1",
"shares" : "0",
"kernel-path" : "/usr/local/bin"

1220/1800 currently hashing @ 2.71

I get 2.69~2.7 @ 1150/1500 with 0% power tune...
Memclock doesn't seem to add anything indeed... so I've reverted to 1500.
Core does. But there's just so much you can push it...

memclock oc works on algos that benefit from it.

I have fixed my HW errors by doing a clean removal of 14.6 drivers and installing 13.12.

Currently hashing at 2.5 MH/s with 1075 core OC.

EDIT: an hour later the system froze. I didn't have this problem before with X11.

With 14.4 I get horrible performance on n-scrypt. So I guess 13.12 is for now.

Does anyone have the issue with Nicehash on these new miners when cards seem to be working, no HW errors present but no work being accepted either? I only get two lines repeating ad nauseum in the client: "Pool detected new block", followed by "Work restart requested".

Drivers are 14.4, cards are 270/280/7950 and the first Darkcoin release of the X11 works with Nicehash without issues. Since the old client works and new does without HW issues, I can't see how this could be a driver issue.

Turn on verbose in (d)isplay settings, does it show invalid nonce? I am having same issue no work being accepted.

OK, thanks for the tip. On 270X, I enabled Verbose and lo and behold, that miner is now actually showing that it's working and producing WU's (which makes no sense!). I have not had any Accepted shares though in the client during 10 minutes or so, but the WU count is moving at a rapid pace. With the old Darkcoin client I had 0.015 or so WU/Minute, now I have 0.044. But as I said, no Accepted shares so far in the client, however Nicehash statistics does seem to show that the card is working.

For my 280/7950 however, no effect. Both cards now display the status update every few seconds and all the numbers on those are 0.

EDIT: I didn't do anything but everything is now working. 270x is pushing out a little under 2MH and 7950/280x are shooting out 3MH a piece. Insane performance!

You're mining for X13? What's your config for 270x?

Thanks
Pija

I was getting too with Intensity 15 and gpu-engine 1200. Setting the gpu-engine to 1100 fix the issue.
You need to lower some of the values.

Dear People,

I was testing to mine boostcoin and marucoin on my main pc
Specs:

GPU: EVGA GTX580 3GB
CPU: I7 2nd gen
RAM: 16GB Geil DDR3

I am be able to mine X13 coins (marucoin and boostcoins) with the standard sph-sgminer without any problems with my nvidia card.
Now when i test this X13mod, my speed get from 0.4 Mhs to 1.4/1.4Mhs (3/4x so much!!) only i get like 1 or 2 shares in the 5 minutes, there where i get without the mod at lower speed 2 or 3 shares in 1 minute.

So X13 you can mine with Nvidia only this x13mod give me high speeds, but no accepted shares.
I get 0 rejected, and 0 hw errors.

What can i do so i can use this x13mod on my nvidia?

can anyone please tell me why 1 of 2 290 nonx only goes to 3.3 MH/s and not 3.7 Mh/s? the one that goes to 3.7 is ref and other is not ( 3.3 MH/s)

also why one of 270x goes to 1.9-2.0 Mh/s and other goes to 2 MH/s - 2.1 MH/s?
