On r9 280x on any settings above "gpu-engine" : "1120" I get crashes of the drivers - display drivers stopped working, etc... Anyone can post what drivers are you using and with what config, having more than 2.6 mh for a 280 running stable Cheesy ?

What voltage? I have 2xSapphire but one is with Hynix memory and other one with Elpida. One with Elpida need 1.174v in trixx to work at 1170Mhz and one with Hynix need 1.243. Both works at same temp.

Yes it has, see: https://github.com/sgminer-dev/sgminer/tree/v5_0/kernel

I'm compare hashrate sgminer by lasybear  (x13mod)  https://github.com/lasybear/sph-sgminer_x11mod
and sgminer V5_0 (marucoin-mod)  https://github.com/sgminer-dev/sgminer/tree/v5_0
at the same config, (except "algorithm" : "marucoin-mod")
all miners i compile 3 hrs ago.

lasybear's sgminer maximum perfomance @:
