I have activated your account however the activation email was successfully delivered to gmail according to the logs. Maybe it went to your spam folder? Quick question, as I have followed you post on getting setup through Steam (any game) do you have to manually log every person? or do you have some sort of bot that tracks everyones activity or is it purely through the Steam id??

Are you referring to the Steam sponsorship offer? I wrote a program which handles that. |

My web wallet isn't updating for TF2. Just played for ~45m, got multiple credits stated in-game, but the site still shows a balance of 0. I already linked my Steam profile up with the site as well...
Game token credits are not stated in game. Your TF2 game token balance is 29. Your web wallet can only have HYPER in it when HYPER is sent to it. I.E. follow the directions and request a withdrawal of TF2 game tokens.  After you have requested a HYPER denominated withdrawal it will show in your HYPER Web Wallet and be labeled as a "Pending Deposit". Once your request has been approved by an admin you will have an entry similar to this in your HYPER Web Wallet :  Aha! I didn't realize you technically make two withdrawals (one from game -> wallet and one from wallet -> yourself). That explains the confusion there, . But now there's another possible problem I'm having. I went to the withdrawal system and tried to make a withdrawal of the full amount (29) and it was just taking me to a blank screen. After trying this multiple times, I tried a withdrawal of 10/29 just to see if it would work, and it did. So then I pended one for 28 (trying one below the maximum) and that worked as well. I wanted to bring this to your attention for two reasons: 1) So you know it wasn't malicious (making a claim for 10 and 28 on a balance of just 29) 2) As it seems that the amount shown as being "held" is actually not entirely accurate 1) No worries, multiple pending withdrawals are permitted now and I just deny the ones which are invalid. 2) The balances shown are accurate. White page problem fixed. Another bug presented itself and has been fixed, the only effected players were yourself and Spy. Things *should* be ok now. Thanks for testing:) So far so good! Will test it more tonight and report back if there are any issues! |
