what caused this coin to crash? not followed this project for a while now. I think the MC for this is crazy low.

I still believe that the best way to get a serious poker site for crypto is to make a deal with some fiat site.
You have advanced software already and serious pricepools that actually will get people to play at your site and not the 100 other cryptopokersites with 10 players each.

Betcoin did that and it worked out for them, even tho I think theyve clearly chosen the wrong partner for that.
Perfect would be stars but I assume they wont give a fuck about few more coins from cryptoworld. Main problem might be regulations ...

I disagree. The best way to make a good poker sit for crypto is to start in the crypto community. this is the start of it all so it only make sense to start it from here.
sealswithclubs was a great site, the problem there is no regulation so you dont know if your playing a legit game or not.

I dont see how that should work out with crypto only. There are not enough people to get serious pricepools. Seals was biggest but they still was just a joke compared to fiatsites. Now they software u can work with at least but even less players. How u want to change that ?

Biggest misstake of almost every cryptopokersite was to use PokerMavens imo. Worst Pokersoftware I've ever seen tho, and I played almost every network (fiat)

All I know is that some guy with a serious amount of hyper, listend to some idiot/troll or whatever and sold all his coins at once.
I was pretty shocked tho... last time I looked for it was 30-40k satoshi and after he dumped it was 2k o.O

I strongly believe that the biggest barrier to mass adoption of HYPER by gamers is that the current wallet requires some crypto knowledge to get fully synced up.

I have found a dev who can make us a one click install Electrum wallet for HYPER (meaning people will NOT need to download the blockchain or anything like that), which would be perfect for regular gamers to easily install a HYPER wallet, and also use nowhere near as much RAM as the current wallet..

We need 1.5-2 BTC to make this happen.

As HYPER is extremely under valued right now I do not want to sell some of the bounty funds on the exchange to help fund this.

Would anyone in the community be willing to donate some BTC to help make this happen?

Just want to guage interest and see if people are interested in donating, if there is enough interest I will start an official fundraiser.

I hear you but no coin is sustainable at that rate.

That rate of inflation is certain destruction of all value in the coin.

If you were maybe to reduce to 10% posP  not pos or even pos3 you would still get a lot of coins. More than 10% per year because most don't stake and help secure the chain. You would probably get nearer to 25-30%

with posp the total POS amount say 10% is only shared to those actually staking and securing. So the coin does not inflate out of control and become worth nothing.

TBH 10% annual inflation is quite a bit. You there for need to grow the demand at least 10% every year to keep a stable price.

I think i heard something about an issue with the "gambling" aspect of it.
But it sure was some easy free coins while it lasted!

A power supply and hard drive died on the PC which ran the stream. No issue with gambling especially considering it was a faucet that gave away HYPER.

The bots should still be available, just the video stream is offline.

Also as the dev mentioned the biggest thing holing back hyper is a light weight wallet. People do not want to wait days or even the hassle of getting the full blockchain wallet on their machines.

2btc to raise from the entire community does not seem much? is it not possible we all club together and get these funds?

For example 30 days. After that the weight of funds in wallet should not increace.
