Question: Due to big HYPER projects like Poker site, giveaways, competitions, bounties and marketing the 500 000 HYPER MMO Development Fund will be at 450 000 HYPER soon. What should we do?
Keep sponsoring more awesome HYPER projects and spend it down to 400 000 HYPER and then preserve the fund at 400 000 HYPER - 115 (45.1%)
Limit spending (less HYPER projects) until the monthly staking brings the fund back up to 500 000 HYPER - 40 (15.7%)
Manage it how you like. HYPER seems to be going awesome keep it up! - 100 (39.2%)

Hey guys. I think there was some problems with the webform on hyperbundle. sorry for that. But the service seems to work again:) I'll take and finish all orders today!:)
Good to know!  I'm submitting some orders now, want to get some games as gifts for people.  Smiley

MAN. that's a huge list of orders. Nice. But dude. i have a problem.

https://www.steamprices.com/us/sub/19071/the-sims-3-plus-pets

see the price diffrences between US and EU. they are just totally insane now. I can't find that game bundle else where than steam....

$30 in US. $75 here in EU.

what can i do. Im afraid I have to cancel this order sry:(
WOW.  That's crazy!  All the other prices are more reasonable, right?  So the Sims one is the only problem?  It's okay, that one was for my sister-in-law, and I can find another game for her.  Tongue

Hehe. I'm glad things worked out. I was surprised too with the price difference.

Hypercrypto Forum Cleanup
The hyper forums has become unusable. I hope it gets cleaned up soon!
@HYPERfuture: make more global admins, delete spam posts, ip ban the spammers and delete their post history, and incorporate spam protection measures! Maybe this: http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=2815.

Hyper GitHub Organization
In other news, I created a github group for Hyper, and I started working on a bunch of projects. If anyone wants to contribute, feel free to contact me or just jump right into it by forking any of the projects listed below and submitting pull requests! These projects don't operate under a bounty, and I'm working on these in my free time when I'm not working on HyperGG. HyperGG is already working on a web wallet, game server integration plugins and API, multi-game queuing functionality, and chat channels/social network for clans and groups. If you are interested in helping with HyperGG, please PM me. Otherwise, please consider helping out with these open-source projects! If you need a bounty for any reason, you can contact HYPERfuture, and he should give you some good ideas.  Wink

https://github.com/hyper-project

These are current open-source projects that are on the agenda for porting to Hyper with various customizations:
- android wallet
- vanilla browser wallet
- open source project tipping application
- DNS seeder

Exciting times are ahead!  Smiley Thanks!

So... Bitcoin goes from $370 to $312 (probably more before this bear finally dies, according to the traders) and HYPER's market cap goes from $155k to +$200k? Either I'm spectacularly naive or that's freaking AMAZING! (...or both.)

My thoughts pretty much! This is amazing news for such a bearish market right now. People are excited and hyperFUTURE has delivered on all his promises since May when this coin started. Other coins went flash in the pan route, Hyper has gone "Jiro Dreams of Sushi" slowly perfecting the craft.  Smiley  Grin

Remember Hyper holders: be very greedy. That order book is mighty thin on the sell side.

Idea !!!

Amagi Metals recently announced they're taking Dogecoin in addition to bitcoin (as they were before)..... If we can get them to add HYPER that'd be great: gamers would be competing for a cryptocoin that can directly convert into real gold or silver bullion deliverable to the gamer's home! That's the future right there!!

They're on Twitter let's all hit them with polite requests
https://twitter.com/amagimetals

And maybe the devs here can offer Amagi a bounty if they agree to add us. They'd be a big merchant to add!!  Kiss

SimpleHyper.info Browser Wallet Release
Today in my free time, I've made a modernized client-side only wallet that is designed for HYPER (note, this is not the web wallet!  Smiley). This is the really old one someone made: http://comm.hopto.org/hyper/. It's really outdated and have bugs, so I decided I might as well upgrade it, and since the github for that site is non-existent, I started from scratch using bitaddress.org's codebase. Check it out here: SimpleHyper.info. You may have seen something similar before, but this is just something quick I've made in the span of a couple of hours today, and it is the most up-to-date version. I may add additional features, but there are a lot of projects I am working on, so it's a little hectic haha. You can generate a public address/private key pair. Both are compressed, so your transactions don't pollute the blockchain. This is the standard, so might as well use it.

When you generate a HYPER address, make sure to record your private key somewhere, so you can eventually import it on your desktop wallet! The site runs completely on the browser. All image files are in Base64 data format instead of .jpg or .png, and no server calls are ever made. If you find any bugs, please let me know!

Enjoy!! Make sure to bookmark it in case you ever need to use it. It probably will come in handy.  Wink
Yesterday, I announced that we now have an open-source group on github. This is the first release of many to come!

Github for SimpleHyper.info: https://github.com/hyper-project/simplehyper.info
Release v0.9.4: https://github.com/hyper-project/simplehyper.info/releases/tag/v0.9.4

Thanks for the paper wallet generator meowball! Like the space background too Smiley

PLEASE get to work on an Android wallet. If you can't find an android phone, I'm sure one of us can mail you an old one. Lot of us would use the Android wallet on the go, and good way to convince friends to check it out also "download the app" is easier than explaining how to download the blockchain, the bootstrap, staking, etc

So happy I came across this coin when I did!!!!! You guys are putting out new stuff and features constantly also noticed we are featured on the homepage of bittrex for top volume coins.

Don't be afraid to spread the word about Hyper people!! If you have a reddit account, r/xboxone users have been excited about cryptos since the Bitcoin/Xbox announcement, maybe we can tip them some Hyper and start some threads asking what games they'd like to see us integrate from the Xbox world. And then all the gaming forums out there and gaming YouTube channels with really big followings, let's reach out to all of them.

Jehovah's witnesses are insane about proselytizing and they are selling nonsense. We're selling a coin 20x times faster than bitcoin that works better in games and has gifted people like meowball developing for our blockchain and will make the world a better place! Even my gf, who has been a little on my case since coming across some article "Bitcoin worst investment of 2014" is on board with Hyper. She said to me "why would someone use bitcoin when they can't be a miner?" She gets it.  Wink

Hey guys, I have a question about the wallet I recently got my brother into HYPER and he's been playing on the CS:GO server for a bit now and he has earned a few coins. The problem comes in that he is not able to stake nor has he received any coins from staking either. Is there anything that you could think of that would cause this or any possible fixes for this issue? I have tried all that I know to help him fix the problem so any tips or suggestions are welcome but I may have tried them, thanks guys!!

P.S. Oh and as a side note, LOVE the things that are happening right now, any word on the poker site haven't checked into it too much lately Tongue

I will work on the android app asap. It's been a while since I developed anything on android, but it shouldn't be too bad. An ultimate tipping bot that you can use to tip anyone for all large social sites could be a good idea.  Wink The problem with working on these projects is that I am putting off other projects that are also important. So many things to do and so little time!!

Hi iSac,

1) What version of the wallet does your brother have?
2) Does he have HYPER on his desktop wallet or daemon? Or does he have it on an exchange account or purely on the blockchain with no actual wallet?
3) Has he moved his HYPER anywhere within 24 hours or has it been sitting idle for more than a day?

And, I haven't heard anything from the poker site. I think HYPERfuture would know more about this, as I'm not involved with that.

1) What version of the wallet does your brother have?
2) Does he have HYPER on his desktop wallet or daemon? Or does he have it on an exchange account or purely on the blockchain with no actual wallet?

1) He's got the most current version of the wallet (1.5.2 or whatever it is)
2) Its all on his desktop wallet
3) We just tested it by doing that so yeah we just made some transactions back and forth to see if that would reset the age of the coins (it didnt Sad)

Thanks for the tips and info! Sounds good ...

Some screenshots of the pre-release Beta desktop wallet that PD made that is pending approval from HYPERfuture for release:

This was made ~2 weeks ago actually by PD. Just waiting on the word for this to be released with a bunch of small changes I've made. Pretty exciting, I think! As you can see, the interface has been upgraded, and the options menu is now actually on the main UI.  Smiley

Try keeping his HYPER idle on his wallet for >24 hours. Don't touch it, but your brother can keep playing and earning HYPER. It shouldn't affect coinage. Let's just see if he does receive stakes. Also keep in mind, that receiving HYPER stakes is dependent on the coinage. The greater the coinage, the better chance he has. Since it's dependent on both the amount of HYPER that is staking and the time, your brother may not receive a stake until after a few days.

One solution to try: have your brother send all his HYPER back to himself. Granted, there will be a small tx fee, but it should allow your brother to stake the coins all at once to increase the odds to earn a stake. But, you will have to wait 24 hours or more to see stakes come in. Hope that helps!
