Question: Due to big HYPER projects like Poker site, giveaways, competitions, bounties and marketing the 500 000 HYPER MMO Development Fund will be at 450 000 HYPER soon. What should we do?
Keep sponsoring more awesome HYPER projects and spend it down to 400 000 HYPER and then preserve the fund at 400 000 HYPER - 115 (45.1%)
Limit spending (less HYPER projects) until the monthly staking brings the fund back up to 500 000 HYPER - 40 (15.7%)
Manage it how you like. HYPER seems to be going awesome keep it up! - 100 (39.2%)

Could someone please tell me how to use cudaMiner?
Right now I am mining at 380-480 MH/s. I would like to use my Nvidia card as well Cheesy. I downloaded it but i don't understand how it works so I would appriciate it if someone could make a tutorial about it.
Thanks.

And one more thing. At home page it says ''11000 khash/s on a Intel i7 2600k Cpu'' . Well i have the same Cpu : Intel i7 2600k 3.4ghz 8 core(and it does not work at that rate, may i know why)
My graphic card is a Nvidia GeForce GTX 560 , is it good?

You could also try ccminer .

You may not have been using all CPU cores to mine with. Mining with a CPU is possible but not profitable after electricity costs in most cases. If the difficulty drops it would be more viable. I believe you set the number of cores with the -t option.

Nvidia cards are not great for mining, no. A comparable ATI card will perform over 4 times faster judging by the stated speeds.

I do not cuda or cpu mine so I can not be of much more help, sorry. You may want to check into the other mining pool which supports HYPER (I think it only pays out BTC though), CPU/Nvidia mining may be more profitable there.

By the way, I can provide audio services for the MMO game you're working on Smiley
I have very vast experience on sound engineering and audio production, must be great
for a custom MMO game

Excited to see another audio guy on here.  I don't know how much of the thread you've read.  I'm working on trying to get some demo voice work done.  What platform are you on?  Do you have gear to master?  I'm working on getting a recording of my father done as a narrative demo.  I can see his voice being like a story teller. Welcome to HYPER!

Find some posts of mine.  We need critical ears for sure.  Let me know what you think

I've seen it. Sure, send me a 10 second recording of him, I'll show you what I can do,
and then tell me how you want it done if you're interested in having me

You are right that HYPER is PoS, so HYPER can't be mined directly. You have to mine other coins and then convert them to HYPER. Fortunately, there are mining pools out there that will do that automatically for you.

I highly recomend you to play Smiley . If you finish 1st at the end of the competition you win 1000 HYPER. 2nd wins 500 and 3rd 250.
You can try to play CS.Go , there you can play and win HYPER every round. There is CS 1.6 as well and much more...
Check out the forum, you should find there more information. Have fun !
After all it's not about winning HYPER, it's about having fun, socialize and make HYPER better.

EDIT: http://hypercrypto.com/forum/index.php (here you find all the information you need)
http://hypergg.com (here you can see the games that are available to play for HYPER )

All of my cards are nVidia, and they mine quite well, despite Ignatius' comments. Wink  However, Ignatius is very correct about CPU mining, and anything older than the 700 series GTX cards may not do so well (so no, a 500-series card is not very great).  The best place to get the latest version of CCminer is from the CUDAmining website, http://cudamining.cc/url/releases  There are also some tutorials there (CCminer is actually much easier to use than most miners geared for AMD cards).  Also, the main CUDAmining thread is here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=167229.0  I also strongly recommend aiming your nVidia card(s) at any X-based coin or pool (X11, X13, etc) as they perform very well on those algorithms (also amazing with the M7 algorithm, using DJM's latest version of CCminer).

On a side note, the latest 900-series GTX cards outperform equivalent AMD cards in hashpower, and use about a quarter of the electricity.  Wink

What algo?

What is the HYPER return per hashrate when NVIDIA mining X11/etc?

I want to just point out that regardless of his answer, this is highly variable. You're essentially dealing with two/three volatile currencies (though HYPER has been pretty steady):

1) Alt you're mining -> BTC conversion rate
2) BTC -> HYPER conversion rate

I bring up "three" because technically BTC itself is also volatile, though really you're doing two transfers. And this is how the pools work as well.

In the past, I've found that using these pools is not as efficient as mining your alt of choice, converting to BTC (or just using a pool that gives BTC) and setting your own buy orders.

I agree buddu Smiley.....  Strong development, strong community!!  Although, with games accepting BTC more and more, how will HYPER combat this push and maintain it's position as the foremost gaming currency?
