Is there a block explorer? Because anyone can just put sending address "Unknown" With a simple method in the wallet.

This on testnet only, you will be able to test it yourself.

No, you don't understand what I'm saying. Without a block explorer for testnet, it's trivial to display "Unknown" in the Transaction Details page.

To fully analyze the transaction to see if it actually is anonymous, you need a block explorer.

If anyone wants to make a testnet block explorer they can, I will message someone right now

Didn't see this.  This is great news.  It's unfortunate that there's so much suspicion floating around.  If this was any other coin the price would be going through the roof right now.
According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

look at posted data, it answers all your questions

Dev, out of everyone here, you know its simple to simply replace the Sent From field to "unknown" with a string.

A block explorer for Testnet is the only way to verify that it functions.
Without it, at the moment, the sent from field could be forged.

rules of FUD  Grin

Not FUD, I hold and support XC (and not DRK). But if I don't get a clear answer to this question, it just means I will not host a DRK or XC mixing node is all. And yes, I am paranoid. Tongue

Yea, these are valid questions and concerns (one of many questions that relate to legal implications of cryptocurrency in general).  Probably need to be answered by someone with a law degree though.

What Huh USA is only country on earth??? my god I live in USA and I did not know that  Grin ...you guys are funny...please why did you buy XC I wonder...you really don't understand nothing ...i can think 100 ways to avoid that problem only with my knowledge of IT sector

I agree we need the block chain info to put all the haters to bed, then we can move on.

If someone just wants to answer me via PM, that's fine.

Teka feel free to delete the last page of posts, I am totally ok with it. I was sort of hoping someone would explain to me how Cryptsy (USA) and Mintpal (UK) are getting along just fine as they almost act like "giant nodes" for exchanges in a sense, maybe (I'm not sure if the trail can be lost through an exchange).

If you are such a sissy why get involved in crypto at all? Go sell potatoes.

Made a fortune in that so now he is in Crypto  Grin

Let me guess the outcome. "Trusted" community members are going to conclude that the implementation works remarkably well, followed by a bunch of screenshots, tweets and blog posts. Regular Joe however won't get access to any instructions or wallet to verify that himself.

So to prove that this is sketchy let's take evtrmm's screenshot as reference:

launch wallet in testnet
> qtx11coin-qt.exe -testnet

launch debug window after syncing

type

> gettransaction f7fabf4bad77f39ecf833cf4b45eb371d41bf57f49c3ef05113ebf2f268ce73a

it's going to list the transaction info in json

As you can see you can clearly see the values and addresses, so all the wallet does is replacing the sent from text field as 'unknown' in the GUI ... genius really.
With a proper block explorer one could hop around, otherwise it's inconvinient so most people won't even verify it in the wallet.

That's why I'm asking for a testnet block explorer!
