When is some proper PR gonna happen?
It's not all about getting paid-for ads in crypto news blogs.
Can I ask, respectfully, for the community to stop suggesting PR strategies? We have one already. It is driven by tech developments and NOT hype. Yes, we will plug the coin. Yes, the community should do so too, since it's in your interest. You can either decide that the XC team is legit and trust us, or you can buy something else. If you think we're legit, then - be patient when you think we ought to announce something but haven't. - trust us, since you have outsider information and can't see our picture well enough to know why and how we're doing things. But please stop offering outsider opinions. It spreads the false impression that we don't have a plan. Why diminish investor confidence? Second that. There's no point producing PR before there's a significant next step to announce - like e.g. rev 2 is finalised. Otherwise it turns into pump - from sudden interest - and dump when everyone decides it was hot air. The ideal is for the PR to produce a step-up in the price on the back of real news, and avoid the slide back down. Otherwise it just produces volatility which puts newcomers off - except day traders obviously. At the moment there's no doubt we are on a long term up-trend (we bounced pretty accurately off the bottom of the channel yesterday) so be happy you have made a good investment with a superb team behind it.

Ha! I posted that yesterday.... And the reddit link it links to, I posted that aswell last week. Am I the only one doing any plugging for this coin? When is some proper PR gonna happen? It's not all about getting paid-for ads in crypto news blogs. Can I ask, respectfully, for the community to stop suggesting PR strategies? We have one already. It is driven by tech developments and NOT hype. Yes, we will plug the coin. Yes, the community should do so too, since it's in your interest. It spreads the false impression that we don't have a plan. Why diminish investor confidence? Fair enough, point taken. My Apologies. Though I wasn't suggesting PR strategies, I was just asking when we're gonna see some. I know you guys have a plan, just its been quiet the last few days. Its hard to be patient when we are getting no info. Last night someone noticed the app was updated without even a post in this forum! If there is any update, no matter how small or irrelevant, you should let us know. It lets us know things are actually happening and will keep us all up to speed. I feel you guys are maybe lacking on the communication side a little that's all. Looking forward to the new Roadmap and update at the weekend anyway. Overall I think you are all doing a great job, and I do trust the whole XC team and their future plans. Im all in on XC now!

I agree with both statements. Issuing PR without a finished product only benefits P&Ders and Day Traders. I'm a long-term investor, so Iwould much rather wait.

Not trying to tell anyone how to do their job here, but this is an exciting time and it is nice to know what is being worked on .. Looking forward to seeing the new wallet at the weekend now

Fair enough, point taken. My Apologies.
Its hard to be patient when we are getting no info.
Sure, no problem. No offense taken. I'm thinking mostly of yesterday. To give you an idea of what it's like on my side, it's like this: - several new things going on business-wise - can't announce them before they're signed off and ready to go - tech update in progress - can't announce it because we don't want to hype or put undue pressure on good coding. XC must be built properly. - the community wants info on things that are still in-progress - not in a position to give info - the community spirals into uncertainty and helps devalue their own coin as a result. The only solution to this is trust. You've got to trust that no news means we're busy working away productively on the next piece of news.

How come though, there was an actual update yesterday (so it must have been good enough for Dan) but we were not informed? even a little post saying "tiny update to wallet fixing xyz, nothing to get excited about just letting you know" Just a small daily update is all we need. Even if nothing has changed, i think we just need constant reassurance that things are moving along. Anyway, keep up the good work, sounds stressful but you have my faith so I'll shut up about it now

Just look at the roadmap and team he has put together. I have 100% trust.
