The last 150 to 200 BTC will be likely cancelled, exact total tally is still under scrutiny with DGEX until Monday.
We can already see no other cases approaching near the 10% are apparent, closer inspection will confirm this but probably there'll be no need to lower the % for other than the final 200 BTC donator who is suspected of trying to use several accounts (and if that is the case he will not be granted more than the second highest donator of some 30 BTC).

huh? its not accepted cause its over the deadline. FYI, on the Finnish forum they state that there was 4 x 50btc investments in the last minute from the same ip-address. So not over deadline but pretty clear attempt from single person to aquire bigger stake than accepted. |
