If your computer is offline you are not forging, period.

If your account are forging when your computer is off, I can only see two possibilities:
1. At some point you logged in to the web wallet (https://wallet.fimk.fi:7886), and you are still forging there.
2. you are mistaken

I think nothing wrong with DGEX, they have clearly annouanced for sell FIMK:

0.15% fee will be deducted from all completed orders. Minimum fee is 0.0003 BTC.

and clearly annouanced for buy FIMK:

0.15% fee will be deducted from all completed orders. Minimum fee is 1 FIMK.


they didn't mention how much mount is minimum for trading, only minimum fee,  . so no one can ask the FIMK / BTC back on foresaid case, the best way is to find another exchanger to spread good FIMK

The technology, coined Kryptoradio, enables merchants and consumers to receive real time P2P network transaction data with any standard Digital TV device and custom software without the requirement of Internet or mobile network connection.

The broadcast transaction data consists of Bitcoin and FIMKrypto transactions, which are encoded and forwarded to the network of Digita, the Finnish national terrestrial TV operator. The broadcast covers 95% of the Finnish territory of approx. 5 million people. The technology, once completed, will be portable to other countries worldwide.

The pilot broadcast project starting from September 1 lasts two months, after which commercial production phase is planned to begin later this year.
