Ok I got an answer back from HitBTC. They will choose a winner on or before AUG 1.

Go and vote!  https://hitbtc.com/vote

If they dont add CLOAK it is their loss, not ours. Also, with votes of CLOAK and scam ISRAcoin so close they will probably add both coins.

But in any case, Mintpal has a daily 500 BTC+ volume on CLOAK, why do we think we need the 5 BTC volume of HITBTC?

Hi everybody!

I did my promise, bought all of my BTC that I have: CLOAK.

I saw the coin history from the beginning. I am tired to mine and trade shitcoins with a one week life.

So I bought all of my money Cloak.

My question is, what is the safest place for my coins? I don't want to let them on Bittrex. (after my mtgox losts).

It is a good thing, that I sent to my wallet (on my PC), backup wallet.dat and copy a wallet.dat to an USB drive?

Please help!

Use multiple USBs and CDs. Store them in different locations (in case of fire or theft)

And should I lock my wallet with password?

You're thinking very close minded. HITBTC offers a cloak/usd market. It's not just another exchange. While they may have low volume now, it won't always be that way. Any new market that adds CLOAK is a win.

...and Isra passes us by <100 votes every time we get close. We're already breaking the last HITBTC's vote, apparently. And hearing the term "choose a winner on or before AUG 1" makes me think it sounds like their decision won't be about the votes, anyways... and there's no question they'll see Cloak has the better market and battle is over. Money wins.

(10:45:32) x11joe: Hey guys I'm getting some sleep, but just wanted to update that I did a confirmed working test Of connecting to the cloak client via mobile via the browser.  This is huge as it allows API access to cloak now for developers as well as the ability to create your own themes for handling cloak, P2P websites that you can share with other members using data from your cloak if you wanted (all protected via IP address & username/password selections).  Works
(10:45:33) x11joe: AJAX live on browser.  This is confirmed WORKING! I'm getting test members to get video later.
    (10:46:07) b623: congrats
(10:46:11) x11joe: This allows for some crazy possibilities and I believe a first possibly for crypto?
    (10:46:14) smokim87: good job!

Wooooooot!

Of course, you should. Just know that it's the most intimate connection you will ever have with your Cloaks. The wallet opens their hearts in a special way that shows you a rare experience. When you encrypt your wallet, you will first see its bare weakness, at your mercy. But when the password is set... you see the infinite cryptostrength of the Cloaks. Set it once and seal it in your soul.

Update:

Windows wallet 1.9.7.25 with installer.

Extra debugging has taken place on CloakTrade 1.0 to prevent those unexpected crashes.

Please resist temptation to use PoSA until further notice:

We are still trying different parameters for PoSA node broadcasting.

Reason for making this public atm is that having extra nodes running with 1.9.7.25 on the network can help us to better evaluate in private testing.

1.9.7.25 is very much a beta wallet and should be treated as such.

Note, there is now a new tab in the wallet.

It's going down - twice failed to break 300K and nothing has really changed since our last stable price of around 100K to 125K other than a good deal of excitement (rightly so mind you) - but that's the way it should be. It can't just keep going up, eventually people need to take their profits and have a breather on the sideline. The old maxim 'what goes up must comes down' is true for every single coin out there, no matter how amazing or revolutionary. You can't go up over 100% in a day and expect it to keep on going without several dumps along the way.

I'd agree that 220K seems a good possibility. Just don't get too greedy and wait too long. I like to wait for around 24 hours before I reenter a market, just to make sure that anyone twitchy fingers have had ample time to get it out the system. The key is the volume - when volume dries up its a sign that it will probably go down until it reaches the point where people decide to buy again.

At this stage though its early days and no one here can be sure of what will happen.
