The name is good and catching on well so we are ahead of the marketing game here. As long as the dev is real and coding something that works this coin will get some investment influx.
So many coins not being fair, Minerals can use this to set apart from the rest.

I have mined and sold at least 75 alt coins now,, no joke, lol and this one so far stands in a class all its own.

I'm not really sure it is the thing to emphazise, yes it is one of the fairest, if not the fairest, distribution ever, but "distribution" is over now. So now anyone with some BTC to spare can acquire minerals. The more BTC you have, the more MIN, so that's not really fair.
If I was just hearing about minerals and heard that it has the fairest distribution ever I would want to look and grab some "fair distributed" minerals, and that was during the PoW phase.
No I think, whilst it is good to mention it of course, that we should emphazise on the new features about to be implemented, which will attract future investors (betting, anon etc...) and heavily promote the coin in the gaming industry.

And for that I point out the fact that maybe dev should remove all starcraft graphics, in this thread and on website, if Blizzard hears about this and checks it out you can be sure it will not end well. I love Blizzard but they will want a piece of the cake that's for sure. The name Minerals itself does not pose a problem but it's all their copyrighted graphics. What do you guys think?

sorry guys still no word from the private dev about the anon quote. he was preparing to go on vacation which starts tomorrow but i will try to contact him via skype today and try to arrange to get it done when he gets back. i estimate the price for implementation would be no more than 0.5btc and would take no more than 48hrs to code and test by someone who knows what theyre doing. so just hang in there. we will get it done.

E-betting and anon features would be the catalyst for a great spike in price. Either one in either order would suffice, but both implemented would have the biggest impact and be a winner. Lets see what happens when dev makes his announcements.

with similar technologies this coin will do better than vrc. vrc had to implement anon to move past 1k. but because of the spread of distribution, min would do significantly better given similar technologies. vericoin's distribution has many very large holders so resistance will be powerful when it tries to rise. minerals wont have that problem unless we feed the whale too much at these lower prices. the reason being mainly that our gpu miners value the small amount of coins each has. also min is holding at twice vericoin's initial floor although we have twice as many coins. that's saying something.

edit: ok just doubled checked and we have basically the same amount of coins as vericoin. hence why i look forward to the aggressive investment that comes from those demanding anon features in their chosen currency.

im very confident we will see 8k within 7-14 days. if we can time it right an anon implementation and mintpal/cryptsy listing will do the rest until the next feature upgrade.

the whole "fair distrubution thing" only accounts when it was mined and not exchanged. now all the bigger miners have exchanged their coins and whales have accumulated.

so fair distribution? i say: bs.
