You need to contact them directly ..
Each mining pool has different values of confirmations before they release the coins .... some are 30 some are 130 ...

If you still have problems, please come back here for more support.

Yes that might be perfectly normal.  Miners-point requires 120 confirms before payouts.
Come to paypropool.com!  Only 32 confirms before payout!

Subtract the first 8 blocks at 1000 each
Add 80 Million premine.
Subtract 40 million burned coins.

I decided to use nomp because it does not require much effort to the miner is totally anonymous and without the need to log in with user, pass, email, and sensitive data. I myself long ago I was the victim of attacks and I know them very well.
