I tried to understand the deal, read dev's promises and not seeing replies to other people asking for explanation, makes me read that guarantee for coins which have been bought at Instant Bitcoins.

I wouldn't mind that he is buying all coins for that price (bouhgt mine sub 100), but I can not imagine.

Why would you ever buy the coins on his site when you could buy them somewhere else cheaper.  Buyback promise or not, If I can get them at 500 sats one place and 2500 another place, I'm going with the 500 every time.
