For me, the perfect time to buy bitcoin is now because for me the bitcoin will not be entertain new users because as of now there is a lot of users worldwide in bitcoin  and because of lot of users it can be a factor that the value of bitcoin will be lessen
and can be a factor of falling down the bitcoin.

Sadly, current price is mainly based on speculation, but not an adoption. Therefore, we see these massive swings. Like 30000 BTC being sold on 27th of June and all the speculators started shorting, hence the price goes down... No price definnetelly wont be 700$ untill this sell of  silk road btc ends...

Omg… this was in 2014 lol. I was even surprised when I saw you mentioned $700 till I looked at the post date. Wish I will get such an opportunity to buy at the price rate of $700 or below, even at the rate of $1000 I will even rush and buy so many of it. Well, it’s already late and such chance is not coming again. But this price rate we have as of now is really good. 700 $? Are you serious? The price of bitcoins will not come back at $ 700 especially now that many support it. And of course the big investors, whales will not let them go back to the former price because they hold huge amounts of bitcoins. Thinking that only dropping the price of bitcoins would be banned here worldwide. But this does not happen because many nations believe in the power of bitcoins and support it.

It's better to  buy as soon as possible,  but make sure you timing it when the price is down.  Then have it traded or invest.   I myself,  prefer buying on the sale then once back to normal,  do the training.  That will do. 

The price changes everytime, it may goes up now and later goes down. When someone fells like buying or selling, it is all up to him, it depends on what choice he wants. So for me, I think it us better to buy now while the price is low and we can afford buying it, and hold it till the right time comes.
