14000 sat to 7000 sat is a 50% decrease
7000 is actually a good entry point if your into technical analysis of charts. 50% is a key Fibonacci retracement level ... Oh not the technicals again Yes, IMO it's best to ignore this kind of stuff. Do your own research into blockchain tech. Pick the best ones. Invest what you can afford to lose and hold as long as you can. I love to watch the markets but when I day trade based on their movements, I consider it gambling and count it to luck when I come out ahead. DIMCOIN is not expensive, it's only 1 cent a coin and if you invest early you get +30% bonus... I don't understand why NEM holders would not be more enthusiastic about this project since it is conceptually a market based on the NEM blockchain. I recently invested a significant amount in NEM and I plan on investing a small amount in DIMCOIN.
Value is not determined by price but price * supply. If there were only 100 million tokens then yes $0.01 would be cheap but there are 90 billion giving it a 90 million USD valuation. That is not cheap considering all they have right now is a white paper. I wish them the best of luck and hope it's successful but I will most likely wait until it's listed before I consider investing.

Can you point me to some places where I can read up on planned developments on the NEM network? I've looked at the message board but it seems that there is very little information available. On another note, is 3 mil NEM the bare minimum to run a supernode? Anything below that will just result in a 'normal' node?

dear god bunch of delusional bag holders
xem have lost more than 50% of his value, with no sign of recovery but breaking support lines
but the main thing is: are the devs at least still alive ? "catapult for summer 2017" is an old legend from 2016. have there been any real news about this ?
Yup, same question for me about catapult. Maybe catapult has now become only a myth.

There are many others here who know a lot more than I but I would suggest reading the catapult white paper first which is what has most of us excited: https://www.nem.io/catapultwhitepaper.pdfYes a minimum 3 million XEM stake and a certain minimum performance / bandwidth are required to qualify as a supernode. Running a node that does not meet these requirements just means you do not receive the supernode reward and are not included in the network of reliable nodes used by lightwallets but you still help secure/support the network. dear god bunch of delusional bag holders

Maybe catapult has now become only a myth. https://forum.nem.io/t/stories-from-the-dev-front-diary/2641When I start to worry that catapult is vaporware, I check the richlist and feel good knowing that none of the devs have cashed out yet so they must be very confident in what ever they are working on.

90 million would put it all the way at 46 on today's charts. There are seemingly worthless ICOs that have higher values. Also keep in mind that the entire market should continue to expand. In addition, you can stake your DIMCOINs and profit off of transactions on their exchange platform. I wonder if NEM harvesters will profit off DIMCOIN transactions since it is on NEM blockchain? Either way I plan on throwing a hundred bucks at it and catching the +30% bonus on July 1...

Actually a lot of us are original stake holders who have seen our holdings gain 5000% value so far this year and over 1 million % since we bought our stakes. Not sure what chart you are looking at that shows 50% decrease in value but I'll just guess you're a FUD slinging troll. Yes devs are alive: https://forum.nem.io/t/stories-from-the-dev-front-diary/2641You'll see ninja memes around here because the devs work quietly and do not hype the platform and just let their work speak for itself when it is complete. You'll notice pretty much all dev stakes worth up to 9 figures have not been touched which speaks volumes about the confidence they have in what they are working on. 14000 sat to 7000 sat is a 50% decrease No it is not, because in the same time Bitcoin goes up more than 100% ! yes, and 14000 was not any "level", it was a peak for few moments. Maybe 12000 can be treated as some high level...

Besides, why would anyone complain considering we were only 1 cent about 6 months ago. Upside, is that supernodes are cheaper.

NEM will continue to rise once BTC and Ethereum stabilize a bit. Good news is 1st of August doesn't seem as scary to BTC as it use to be just few days ago.

yes ive harvested over 6K of XEM from launch Is it worth it to harvest if you have just the minimum required vested balance? How much does it earn in nem in a month? I am wondering if I will pull my nem out of trading platform and just make it work on harvesting or just continue speculating and try to earn more by taking advantage of the ups and downs of price.

yes ive harvested over 6K of XEM from launch First time I heard about it. So let's say I buy 10,001 XEM's. Then I need to put them into Vested balance mode right? So my XEM's wont be available any more ? they're like in a "loan" status? If you can give me some examples/calculations that will be great, so I can jump right on it
