wow impressive. secondary heatsinks, secondary fan, and covers. these are going to run nice and cool.

And it will survive most shipping mishandlings!

Good to know that other people are on the same boat, I guess.

In my opinion, we have nothing to worry about. Email them with your transaction ID and all should be well.

Don't worry much. Bitmain is pretty good about shipping units that have been paid for.

This happened a few months back with an S1 order.

If you E mail them, then they will sort it out.

There we go. A couple more blocks solved. That'll help the order payments go through.

In terms of BTC ROI, for someone with a limited amount of "free" power, is it worth it to replace my S1s with these?  I'm basically paying 0.75 BTC for each unit to double my hashrate.

It will be okay, same thing happened on earlier sales with the S2. They will sort it out in a day or so. Also, right now at this moment it's nearly 1AM there, so don't panic if you don't get a response until later on.

depends can you sell the s-1's ?

do you have 2, 4, 6, 8 s-1's ?

If I was running 3 or 4 s-1's I would buy 2 of these.

Since I am running 3 s-1's I purchased 2 of these.

I will figure out my power juggling once i get them.   I have a place with the 3 it maxes at  800 watts at an 84% power discount.  so the 15 cent power is discounted to  under 3 cents.     I can pull the 3 s-1's  running now  and put in two s-3's if they are not loud.

If they are loud I will run them in house at 15 cents a k watt.

Bitmain is very good about manually changing your order to paid / valid.  You can wait an hour or two then shoot them a quick email with your payment address.
