Litecoin is a good investement i'm sure , good team , good entreprenor , good investissor ....

Also it's just a good testplace for bitcoin.
your perfectly right at that points mates.litecoin is just silent but we know that hes price is always active, and its better to to invest in a simple but semi stable coin than those fast growing at the same thing fast dropping.atleast in litecoin were just waiting for the perfect time to bloom.

If Litecoin is dead, it is the number one zombie in the world, looking at the performance it has been showing from the moment it would have died  Cheesy

well lets say that BTC is the mother of all the altcoins due to price comparation in satoshis if btc rise soo will a bit LTC and other coins until market adjust. this is just a short range but its true i mean LTC is used like doge and like btc in market not just for speculation but also for shopping. its hte one fisrt good alt coin should not be dead but yes its decreasing like to 25% of its value in 1 year. (prob what i figure out its that is a good coint to buy).

I don't get it, why does ASIC mining make the coin suddenly 'dead'?
Most of the top coins aren't ASIC proof, I don't think this development makes Litecoin different.
Also I don't agree with you about age, in my opinion does it matter.
I would rather trust something that has been out for years than something that got just released, especially when it has a significant value.

I did also think that since the fork of bitcoin and when bitcoin cash was created that litecoin would be history and no one would know about it in another year of so, but now I think that litecoin will stay into play for a very long time.

Never worry for litecoin because it has already a strongly tighted society for the coins. Nobody sells them for nothing. They adopt litecoin and expand their holding in terms of litecoin.

Litecoin in my opinion, is for microtransaction, another proposite, a different coin. I believe in Litecoin! And we will use frequently in the future, because of fees and velocity.

Yea, dont worry about Bitcoin Cash too. Litecoin was already doing what Bitcoin Cash is supposed to do and Charlie Lee is a better developer compared to Jihan

Mainly because Charlie has a masters in computer Science from MIT and has been a developer his whole career. Jihan studied economics and psychology. He hires people to do the developing for him Wink

Of course! Large network of miners, large user base and many websites which accept Litecoin as a method of payment. It's unlikely Litecoin will ever die.

I've heard a lot of people call LTC a 'dead' coin, 'zombie' coin or something similar. However, what people struggle to realize is that it still is #3 regarding 24-hr volume. Am I the only one that thinks that's a pretty good sign? I mean... there haven't been any major news, no pumps or dumps. Yet, the price stays steady (even increasing a bit today) and the volume is almost doubling/tripling the 24-hr volume of other major top 10 coins like XRP, ETC and DASH (some of them actually being pumped by good news).
Actually... if you look at the top 10 coins, LTC is #1 when it comes to the ratio (24-hr vol. / market cap) by a long shot. This literally screams 'undervalued' to me... Anyway, I'm not sure if this really means anything and I'm a complete rookie when it comes to cryptocurrency but the fact is that there's a lot of 'money' being moved by the LTC markets even though there hasn't been any major announcement/implementation. The price is even suffering a mild but steady increase. So no, LTC isn't dead. It's more alive than ever. I can only imagine what will happen if good news actually decide to show up.

I do believe in Litecoin and I can't accept the fact that it is dead.

Charlie is very active on Twitter telling about their progress and he looks quite confident about LTC future cause they always like main BTC competitor and that will once beat it.

I can imagine that if btc will have the same problems as it has now, LTC and ETH have a real chance to take the audience to them.

not totally that are able to ride in bitcoin but we will see some improvement on this coin so better to wait when will this coin can have a huge of pump i see that in litecoin that in the future this could be one of the best altcoin.
