With an entire team behind the next challenge, there is no way to prepare for what is coming. If you're on twitter - my handle is @coin_artist

Your entire team didn't seam to make good on the previous game.
You had errors as you claim.
And many of them.
I have seen your team delete (mistaken) posts from the entire thread.
In fact i have seen the con artist post and delete something within seconds as it was posted from the wrong account (yes we have been tracking your accounts here).
So it is not just you behind this.
It is many that want their rep increased (Dark wallet fags maybe? sorry thats what i got from their interview and their "bromance" story... nothing but fags that think they can change the world).
Personally i think you had mistakes but are not the ones published.
Following the other guy's version makes more sense but apparently instead of getting his/hers reward they got hacked.
(Funny huh? is it because you didnt expect it to end so early, or even worse from a Greek? they are Greek right? judging by some of their posts)

That being said, what makes you feel confidents that this game will be proper?
Apart from that, what makes you confident that someone will not crack your riddle ahead of it's time and claim their reward?
Is there going to be another mistake in your riddle and more attacks if that happens?

i understand that you are trying to make good on your mistakes done before, but i and the person that found the solution to your first riddle got no answer.
Why is the other persons version more suitable than yours?

after saying all that i want to know, what exactly are you preparing here?
something that will only benefit your rep, or something that is actually real? Alternatively real.....

Also, to the ones comparing this game to Cicada games, your idiots.
Sorry but it's true.
If you compare Cicada games to this then go play games like The Ripper, or Gabriel Knight.
They all have a fixed ending just like the game you palyed.
Now, all of that said, i work in the cyber crime division in the police force in my town (my country) and i can definetely say that, after examining all evidence, this is a setup (talking about the last game you played).

i expect an answer to this form the con artists.

hopefully it will be one that makes sense.

Also, once again, to anyone comparing this to Cicada games, you have no clue of what you are talking about.

Our division has followed Cicada games and i can guarantee to you that it has nothing to do with them.

Cocnclusion: If you want a good quality trustworthy game, then provide one.
If you don't your next game will be over before it starts.....
And chances are, you will be charged with several offences (you and your cyber-anarchists buddies who thinks printing guns at their home is cool).
There is NO tolerance when it comes to homeland security.
i am sure your buddies know that and thats why they skipped the country.

PS: Hacks don't work here, they only give us clues on where to locate you....
Feel free Wink

Judie,
What's the above about?
What happened?
What do you mean by "this is a setup (talking about the last game you played)" ?

Judie,
What's the above about?
What happened?
What do you mean by "this is a setup (talking about the last game you played)" ?

The above is about this: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=683366.0
And what happened is (according to our evidence based on user S4VV4S post and statement on the official filed complain) that the game was supposed to have ended several hours before it did as you know it.

The game creators claim to have had an error in their puzzle which basically had you to brute force the private key out of the riddle (breaking rule number 3) when user S4VV4S's ending version leads to a proper well planned puzzle.
The thing is that user S4VV4S was not allowed to redeem his reward and instead got hacked (his computers are still at the lab for further examination of their claims and to find clues as to identify the attacker).

If you follow user S4VV4S's post you will know what i mean about "this is setup". Wink

"judie.f" - who is actually "S4VV4S," why are you addressing me from an alt account? If you have an issue you would like to discuss, you may DM me.

How do you know this?

They (and i am saying they because there is more than the coin artists involved in this) assume that i am another account of S4VV4S.
i don't think user S4VV4S needs another account to point out his claim.
After all, he did post a new thread with all the details, so what is the use of a new account?

That being said i am not the only one working on this so several "new" accounts might pop up asking questions......

Also, to the ones that said that i am trying to make money out of this (satoshis are bitcoins right?), i am making money on this but it is my normal payment for doing my job.
Nothing more, nothing less.

i do have one question for all of you:
what is it with this bitcoin?
do you think bitcoin will save you or something?
do you not realize that this is just one big bubble?
bitcoin is directly connected to criminal activities and it is giving us a hard time because, really we do not know how to handle these situations yet because they get more and more complicated each time.
however as you can see we are doing the best we can.

also, are you buying stuff from silkroad?

all of the above being said, we can't wait for the new game.
we have actually prepared a small team to participate in the new game on our free time.
we are just curious to know how many hours it will take us to crack the riddle.
the game is open to everyone right?

I look silly?

Please do provide the solve for the riddle, and do tell us why it is better than the other version.....
Yes, you do. What other version? Are there private key versions now?
Someone found it, game over, better luck next time.

It is funny how i look silly for pointing out that the game had no mistakes yet the original game creators are not silly.

Lets get one thing clear....
The other (real) version: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=683366.0

And yes, someone did find it long before the OP started throwing "hints" but he didnt need to brute force. He just followed the clues.....
Does it make sense to you that for days you got no clues and all of the sudden a shitstorm of clues and game over?
when there is a perfect version of the game outlined here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=683366.0

So, what makes more sense to you?:
a) The OP made a mistake and asked you to brute force in order to get the private key (breaking rule number 3)
b) The game had 3 more puzzles which are straight to the point and reveal a 12 word dark wallet seed

choose......

Thanks for explaining Judie and warning us.  Hope the mystery with the hacking is solved. If Marguerite is part of the hacking, then it seems you know enough to find her?

a) The OP made a mistake and asked you to brute force in order to get the private key (breaking rule number 3)
OP never asked to brute force anything. There was absolutely no brute force required to get to the key. You simply had to upper case one specific letter. I guess you still don't understand what Gatekeeper's script does.

b) The game had 3 more puzzles which are straight to the point and reveal a 12 word dark wallet seed
The game could have 500 diferent ways to get to the end. You were not required to find a specific path, just to get to the end before others.

Thanks for explaining Judie and warning us.  Hope the mystery with the hacking is solved. If Marguerite is part of the hacking, then it seems you know enough to find her?
So now he didn't win because OP magically found out he had the solution already and decided to hack him?! How convenient... smh

So what would you call that last step if not brute forcing?

OK, then please do explain what does this mean: 0=0A=10BABYA=36WOW   - notice how the OP (based on Gatekeepers post) update seems to have removed the BABYA and WOW?
Also what does this mean?: https://i.imgur.com/0fYE4qe.jpg
Also, someone did get to the end long before any of you, the real end, the one that makes sense.

I dont understand whats your point, but what makes you think that he didnt win?
Just because someone else got the coins does not mean they earned it......
This is bitcoins we are talking about.
In their 5-6 years of history they have more criminal activities linked to them then anything else.
Yes your fake money is nothing but fake and a way for criminals to do business.
Nothing else.

Ok, to everyone that's rolling very much off topic/getting very personal/arguing, please take your thoughts to DMs. Given that this particular ARG is over, we have very little to talk about here that would provide any new insights or helpful discourse. The thread has devolved into e-drama. I believe we all wish for BTC and/or possibly some altcoin to become mainstream/accepted in more locations. Arguing, bitching and generally making useless posts isn't making the community as a whole look and feel any better. How about we all take a step back, breathe, move on, read a book, go outside and/or trade some coin.

Love Sidekick.

Avoiding the drama, I think it is good to "warn" people that come to this thread and play the next one, to be careful that some activities the ARG requests, _might_ lead to a hack.

Oh, Wow!!!!! (goes with the subject Wink )
You have returned to respond to me?
I feel honoured.
when i read the pdf it said you guys took off - you and your partner arg.

That being said, there is nothing off topic here.
And it was made personal when someone attacked someone else's privacy.

Let's get one thing clear.
There will be NO DMs from our, or user S4VV4S behalf.
S4VV4S has been specifically instructed to NOT contact the game creators or anyone else involved in this unless they contact them first.

The only e-drama i see here personally is the fact that someone came in your community to publish their game and make a name for themselves, and everyone else involved, yet the evidence says that they have lied to you and cheated you.
Great community you have here, considering that in my short time researching your fake money i have seen so many scams, thefts and frauds to last for a life time.
i must admit that the best was the french guy who took half a billion dollars.
i am guessing it is safe to say that he can retire from his late 20s.

You believe wrong.
i do not wish for any fake money to become mainstream, especially not one that feeds the underworld and supports drug trafficking and murderers for hire.
if you have kids then maybe you should reconsider.
dont get me wrong. the idea behind your bitcoin is good, i will agree there, its just that it doesnt work in practice for the average person.
only criminals can benefit from this.

also, what do you know of this Satoshi?
absolutely nothing, yet if your fake money becomes mainstream Satoshi gets to be on top of everyone.
are you sure you want someone who you know nothing about rule you?
i am sure i will get a lot of comments for this as most of you do not like the way governments work right now, but guess what?
at least you know who your "enemy" is and what they are actually capable of.....
and guess what? you control who gets to be government with your votes.
once again, what do you know about this Satoshi person?
absolutely nothing.
you are just praising them as your god yet you have no idea of their intentions.
and why is Satoshi holding all their bitcoins?
if they were good then they would have donated to the ones in need.
not hold enough to become a ruler.
if that happens prepare for the worst btw.
but then again maybe this Satoshi works for some government......
who knows? nobody......

back to our subject:
there is no arguing or bitching here.
there is only a list of facts and evidence that says things were supposed to be much different.
apart from that there is also a formal complain.

also, i have followed your journey and i have noticed that you and your partner have quite a lot of knowledge.
why did you dismiss the fact that the "shared starting point" has more information just because it was called a starting point?
you did uncover many clues from it right?
it was the morse code, the minecraft game, etc.
you should also know that many marathons/rallies end at the starting point.

Now before i close this i would like to ask you a couple of more questions:

no more ponies?
i am hurt. do i not deserve a pony on your post?

why are you using the term DM just like the coin artists, instead of what everyone else is using: PM?

also i couldnt help but notice the "breathe" statement you made.
the coin artists made the same comment.....

also, which book would you suggest for reading?

Even though this thread is self moderated i will not delete your comment simply because it actually shows who the troll is.
Btw, did you actually find any clues or solves in the game?

that being said...

itod is this you?:

Now,
Which version do you find more suitable for the game you have played?

That's a good question, S4VV4S. I don't like at all the official solution, it's nonsense that you have to depend on hints to find it. It degrades the quality of the puzzle which was rather high until the final step. Randomly converting the letters to uppercase is simply brute-forcing, and one of the rules was not to brute-force. So it was very disappointing ending.

Your version has another advantage because it has something to do with Dark wallet, with the two guys on the picture being the Dark wallet founders.

TL;DR
Your ending is better.

Notice itod's statement?

I'm referring to FUD that "...activities the ARG requests, _might_ lead to a hack." It implies there is something dangerous happening here regarding everyone's security, which obviously is a FUD.

Once again, your solution IS more elegant, but your solution doesn't lead to correct WIF key. Therefore, it can not be called a "solution", it's just an idea what should be more elegant ending to the puzzle. There was only one solution to this, and it's been found by Gatekeeper. You can be unsatisfied as much as you want, but you are just spoiling the future fun for everyone of us. Frankly, if I would be in ycoinartist shoes, I would think twice if I would bother to start another round if she can expect such trolling you are doing here. I can only suppose many users unsubscribed from this thread because of you.

Please stop whining and don't spoil next round for all of us. If you have your suspicions that the game was not fair, then you should not participate in round 2. You won't accomplish anything but making everyone leave this thread and turn off the lights.

No FUD here mate.
Only evidence....
Btw, there is always something dangerous when it comes to your bitcoins.
If i am not mistaken there is atleast 10 threads saying they got hacked and lost their money within the past 2 months.
Would someone steal you money if it was in your pocket?
AND if they did, would you not have physical contact with them and also know of their identity?

It is not my solution, it was the persons that have cracked it. lets get that clear.

Quote
Once again, your solution IS more elegant, but your solution doesn't lead to correct WIF key. Therefore, it can not be called a "solution"

The seed is controlled by the "gateway".
And nobody has answered the question posed by S4VV4S himself....
WHY IS THERE A CENTRAL AUTHORITY FOR DARK WALLET WHICH CLAIMS TO BE STEALTH?
e.g. the dark wallet gateway?
do you not realize that these guys made a "bank" that holds your money?
and obviously they control it too.

Also, more elegant or more straight to the point?
There are many elegant things out there, but are they straight to the point?

i am guessing you are ok with the fact that the OP made a mistake and had you all trying to brute force when there is a perfect version of the game out there?

Also, everyone is refering to the Gatekeepers solutions (which was basically brute forcing) yet nobody provided the script that has done so....
btw considering that user S4VV4S provided you with many clues, what did the Gatekeeper provide you with - other than giving you in person 0.1 bitcoins?
And why btw?
What did you do?
From what i can see the user S4VV4S made a lot more progress than you.

Quote
Frankly, if I would be in ycoinartist shoes, I would think twice if I would bother to start another round if she can expect such trolling you are doing here. I can only suppose many users unsubscribed from this thread because of you.

The coinartist should think 100 times before publishing anything again simply because we are waiting....
No brute forcing involved. Just plain wits and knowledge.
This is a promise just because we dont like cheaters.

Quote
Please stop whining and don't spoil next round for all of us.

if you are going to go about it with the mentality you have now, next round will only probably give you another 0.1 bitcoins just to have you posting bullshit like you do now.

Quote
If you have your suspicions that the game was not fair, then you should not participate in round 2.

suspicions or opinions do not count when evidence is presented......

Quote
You won't accomplish anything but making everyone leave this thread and turn off the lights.

good, then consider this a warning.
do not participate in the next round.
it is owned by us.
