Why not include ALL of this within P2Pool itself?
Or making it open source, so, I can also setup my p2pmining.com.XX... for example...?!
Good work man!!

Best!

Found first Namecoin block. Seems backend of Namecoin distribution system worked.  Make sure you link your Bitcoin address to your Namecoin address to receive payouts.

Still need to implement Namecoin report on website.

Did some statistical analysis of stale rates.  We are now averaging 1.6% less stales than the rest of P2Pool.  This advantage is over 300% of the pool fee.  Grin

Nice. Smiley

I tried switching back to running my own node for a while, but I just wasn't getting as many shares as I used to (13 shares in 24 hours Undecided). So now I'm back on your pool. Tongue

Instant payout of confirmed blocks now available. No minimum balance.  You will need to be able to sign a message with your Bitcoin address.

Yes, you can. Try something like this. Your bitcoin should work in server mode.

Code:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Bitcoin\daemon>bitcoind signmessage 1inux7eD8H13GrvBvdPjUbW7oSz8osgD8 "This message is signed. lzsaver, 2012"
HD7UxrpYUGU617SxM/4X6PJ4OwyNg8OVCn3+iwi+d/CkqDNYBLm4XkV6KDp6z6C5ag7EUbss6ZV7xF/JdIE5H9c=

Code:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Bitcoin\daemon>bitcoind verifymessage 1inux7eD8H13GrvBvdPjUbW7oSz8osgD8 HD7UxrpYUGU617SxM/4X6PJ4OwyNg8OVCn3+iwi+d/CkqDNYBLm4XkV6KDp6z6C5ag7EUbss6ZV7xF/JdIE5H9c= "This message is signed. lzsaver, 2012"
true

Server down?
Some reason my VPS rebooted.  Said that quotaugidlimit reached it's limit (Number of user/group IDs).  I guess I will need to make the server recover better from a reboot.  I usually watch this server like a hawk, but sick kid distracted me last night. Sad

On another note, I am almost done with the new web page interface Smiley

EDIT: Made server and services auto recover from reboot. Should be much more reliable now.

NEW WEB INTERFACE

P2Pmining.com

To celebrate release of the new web interface, I will be subsidizing the pool 1 BTC per day for the next 7 days starting tomorrow.  This subsidy only goes to contributors to p2pmining.com , not the entire p2pool.

Thanks for playing

If you want to spread the wealth. You can send a subsidy to 18cfVDzcLQ91Xe4yGEs8uJFtHZUiZhmdks . This will only go to miners on P2Pmining.com

Enjoy

I really like what you are doing for smaller miners and I think this will help p2pool grow.

Donated 1 BTC, more to follow as the pool grows.  Smiley

Make sure you link your Bitcoin address to your Namecoin address to receive payouts.
So how do you do this? Username=bitcoin address password=namecoin address?

For Bitcoin to be a true global currency the value of BTC needs always to rise.
If BTC became the global currency & money supply = 100 Trillion then ⊅1.00 BTC = $4,761,904.76.

Go to the website and go Pool Stats -> Current Miners -> (find your BTC address on the list) -> Register Namecoin

I just wanted to give people a way to contribute to the P2Pool hash rate easily and with less variance. I also want to develop a better user interface for miners to monitor statistical data. It is also a way for me to start my own pool with low initial hash rate and low variance.  I may release the code in the future so others can have there own P2Pool pools. It's just a few PHP scripts and a database on top of P2Pool and Bitcoind.

eta for releasing the code?
