Hope everyone's excited about the new BritCoin mobile and web wallet (BritBank) that will be available soon!  They're both near completion and once they've been fully tested, we will make an announcement here, plus Twitter etc.  My guess is they will be launched within 48 hours. I look forward to it Should have a beta version of the new BritCoin desktop wallet which will include some UI changes and chat (IRC) implementation ready for testing very soon. I will post a link here soon so that you can try it before the final release. |

Thanks a lot mate. We do love our logo, our designer did a great job on it. Which user designed the current logo? Was the coin both Proof of Work and Proof of Stake from the beginning? |

Right now it does show your connecting IP address, but there are two ways to get around this that we're looking in to. We can setup a proxy to route the connections through or use another IRC network (not Freenode). We'll definitely implement one of these options before the new wallet is fully launched. That's would be Christian aka Denneman BritCoin was launched on the 27th of June and PoW (plus PoS) ended on the 6th of July if I remember correctly. Now Brit is PoS with 5% annual interest. |

We don't have an official slogan yet, we have a few ideas floating around and maybe our community can help us decide. My personal favorite is: Digital currency for British individuals and business Feedback is more than welcome, or any suggestions of your own. |

I think as long as you put you sell orders in above the selling price on Bittrex I think you'll be ok, just don't be crazy and sell at the Buy price. Or you could donate some Brits to the community chest, all the funds go directly to paying for new features, PR, competitions, hosting etc. You have nearly twice as many Brits than me btw. |
