Hi,
can someone tell me what happens to the bets placed on the "Next President" market if:
the election doesn't go ahead, or is somehow annulled?
do the "against" betters win by default?
Probably all AGAINST bets pay out.

im so confused about draw bets... for example i want to predict draw any game. am i supposed to bet "on" or "against". what does "against" mean in draw? is it mean of home(1) or away(2)?
and my next question > if i bet, odds are guranteed? or changing depends incoming bets untill close?

on means you're betting on the outcome becoming true against means you're betting against the outcome becoming true odds I think are matched with betmakers, or takers if you are the bet maker

I'd expect all bets to be void, since the election never happened. If a game never happens, everything is void, so I would assume that it would be the same case with elections. im so confused about draw bets... for example i want to predict draw any game. am i supposed to bet "on" or "against". what does "against" mean in draw? is it mean of home(1) or away(2)?

If you bet "On" an event, it means you are betting for it to happen. If you are betting "against" something, than you are betting for it to not happen. Laying (against betting) on draw would mean your bet wins if either 1 or 2 wins, but lose if it was a draw. Taker bet odds are guaranteed - maker bet odds might not be bet against and only partially/not accepted.

And one more idea. An example Federer win yes @2 no @2 I have 1BTC - is all what i have on my balance next i make a bet YES - 1BTC (all-in, my balance now is a zero) Federer play nice and after a some time , i see that No is a @4 and i make a bet No - 0.5BTC (in same time when i have zero on my balanse) And what we have Yes - profit +0.5BTC No - profit +0.5BTC I can't lose more than 1BTC but i make bet in a summ at 1.5BTC, at time when i have only 1BTC in my balance if lose Yes - 1 and + 2-0.5 at No if lose No - 0.5 and + 2-1 at Yes
I hope you understand me) with this step you can up liquidity on your markets
also is work to another way Let's say Federer play as sh*** and i want fix my losses and save some money now odds to No @1.3 i make a bet No - 1.54 BTC Yes - lose -0.54BTC No - lose -0.54BTC I'm a save 0.46BTC . Still can't lose more than 1BTC but i make bet in a summ at 2.54BTC, at time when i have only 1BTC in my balance
So the more bets - the more fees Also with this system, players can make much more bets. Because they will be have much more free money for another markets
From the above case, it looks like that you can make more bets but you will lose in total. That is what "margin" means on the market detail page. so, is is possible to do what i said? I can't find "margin" on the page.I think is not work here. Now i'm in all-in and i can't hedging my profit without new deposit, only wait when market is resolved

So let me see how this works. Those numbers on your website there for example for Ajax tonight are the number of people who think Ajax will win and the others are people who think Ajax will draw or it will lose. If such is the case why the odd so low for Ajax of only 1.73 ? I am having trouble understanding how it works. I am interested in websites who operates like betfair I guess if I compare you to FIAT sportsbook. Edit: Never mind I already found out. Edit again: You just have a new customer

we do work very similar to betfair. The % is just a different representation of the odds. Instead of saying odds of 2.0 you could also say: 50% likelihood.
If you prefer the decimal odds (like betfair) or american odds you can change that (chose it on "options")

Since you are online let me ask another question which is ? I see Over 2.5 and under 2.5 goals for the same game Ajax vs Celta, why there are 2 options for Over 2.5 goals ON and 2 options AGAINST ? Shouldn't it be only 1 option, you bet against over 2.5 or you bet on over 2.5 ? It's a bit misleading for me.

Can anyone confirm this? The announcement above seems shifty due to it being posted by a newbie with a spelling error in its username. However, my deposit has 3 confirmations already but fairlay has not funded my account yet. So if it is true, then what timezone are you talking in? And what is the reason for not crediting deposits before 10PM? It's not like the server is on your laptop... right?

And yeah... it sucks to have 80mBTC frozen. I was gonna put some money on the US elections. Now I'll have to wait for a whole day.

I wanted to bet on the elections as well. Pretty volatile market, a lot can change from now and 10 PM tomorrow so that's why it does suck.
