Hi fairlay, congrats!
one thing i liked on old site under profile there was a public profile link and it showed how much Mbtc was wagered lifetime along with # of matched bets and total lifetime Mbtc profit...I do not see that under the profile link on new site...it would be excellent if you could add that back or guide me to where it located if it is on new site ty

The public profile is still in the making. It will contain all the features from the old Fairlay.   Charts & Filters  are planned too.

Ok so something that needs to be fixed is the "return" that displays which is off by a factor of 10. now when the bet is finalized or if I do a quick tab away and then shift-tab back, the return and odds are correct but it does display incorrectly in real time when you're sizing your bet.

For example: I bet something with odds 2.03. I type in 1 mbtc, it shows return of 2.03 which is correct. but then I add a 0 so the bet is "10" but return stays at "2.03" when in fact it should be 20.30. I type in another 0 so bet is "100" but return displays "20.30". I type in another 0 so bet is "1000" but return displays "200.30"

So in real time, the return displays as follows for odds of 2.03:

bet: 1  mbtc return: 2.03
bet: 10 mbtc return: 2.03
bet: 100 mbtc return 20.30
bet: 1000 mbtc return 200.3

etc.

We couldn't reproduce this on a simple binary sports market.   1 returns 2.03.  10 returns 20.3.  On which market are you doing this?

And will you be adding back the "on/against" column in your predictions? I get now that the faded price means it's against the listed team but still why not just keep it simple?

No we won't add it.

Price is green  =  On bet
Price is red  =  Against bet (Lay bet)

I've never tried your book before but I have tried Pinnacle that you do mention in the OP. I'd like to know if you have eSports and how fast your adding of games as well as grading of them happens. If any other users here would like to let me know I'd be willing to sign up using your ref link (if there are any). Cheers Smiley

@betg We told you several times that you need to reveal your identity before we can deal with your request. This is not the place to handle your case so best you stick with our support.
Hello, after few month fight to get my withdrawal without verify I have finally decided to send documents which they have asked for (ID+utility bill) and this was MISTAKE!
After they got it I got reply: "thank you. Please send us a very short video where you hold your ID document and a hand-written note that says "For verification of Fairlay account *username here*".   Please send us this video within the next 24 hours, so we will be able to process your withdrawal.
Best,
Team Fairlay"
Now I am really p***d !! they are complicating it as much as they can!! the next step propably will be flight to the company and make cinema movie with them. !! WARNING THIS SITE DO NOT PAY !!
Please someone tell me which licensor should I contact (asked them also but don't know if I will get reply) because their site is now so unreadable... Thank you in advance.

they do pay Ive had 100's of instant withdrawls never a issue...send them the video..seems pretty much no brainier if you are legit...Many books do a KYC verification and it is for your protection...Ive had to send a photo holding ID w note to even just buy BTC with a few online merchants...no biggie if you are legit...seems very fair of Fairlay as some books would not give you this chance if they thought some fraudulent activity was taken place..

I have made 100's of instant withdrawals as well till now! man I have sent them what they asked (ID+utility bill) why they just don't tell me at the beggining send video with your dog? this is so frustrating, after video they will find something new i'm 100% sure! I will contact their regulator this will be much faster, where are they regulated someone please? they didn't reply as I though.

Is there any way to opt out of the new site?  It's not going to be worth my time to list the 20+ things I can't stand about it.  Just trying to find out if there is a way to choose the old site before I decide to move on.

You can go here, but not sure how long they will keep it.

Did we get credited with BitCoinCash? How to see it?

Or is it still in the works?

Thanks.

This happens on every market. Here's a video.

https://streamable.com/qutqt

Now just to be clear, I'm not saying that the odds are incorrectly applied on the actual bet. Once I place the bet, everything is normal. It's just that the dynamically displayed value of the "return" seems to always be "lagged" in that it shows the return for the previous value in the field. I would think you'd still want it to be displayed correctly.

Also, when I go to matched orders, the "last matched" and "settle date" times are all incorrect. I have the correct time zone set in my profile but it appears the times shown all default to UTC

Ok, well just fyi, it's very difficult for me to tell the difference. I didn't even realize they were different colors, just that the red looks slightly more faded.

congrats on the upgrade, it shows at least you are trying to improve.

Now, some couple of issues from my point of view.

1. dark theme - please note that there are colour-blind people, make sure to have a lighter theme with a better contrast between "on" and "against" odds

2. The top bar - One should be able to have it removed by their own option (settings?) especially for the mobile version

3. FAQ's are still not clear for me: do you have market makers or not?
If you do, then what do you consider as counterparts?
only your market makers or also users inputting their own odds?

4. LIVE markets: One cannot understand to what sport is linked to the live market event
(I know ATP and Davis cup is linked to tennis, not sure everybody knows that..)

5. Why not have markets only per event and then have sub-markets of that event?

example: footbal match Manchester United - Chelsea
this is the only event that should be shown once LIVE and not others like Manchester United - Chelsea corners, spreads, under/over 2.5

so many sub-markets and leaving some important ones?
where is the market for the match odds at halftime for those not wanting to use handicap markets.

I really do not understand why all these "corners" sub-markets.

6. back buttons: when not interested anymore in one sub-market, put a button to return to the main market event, in case I want to place a event on the same event but on a different sub-market

7. Refresh of prices still an issue, especially on live markets

When entering in a market I want to place a bet I see a good price.
As soon as I place my bet this message comes up "ORDER HAD NO MATCHES AND IT WAS CANCELLED."
why cancelled and not kept in the market?
If another counterpart wants to do the opposite bet we both should have our bets matched.

another message
ORDER FULLY MATCHED 0 MBTC.
do you think this makes sense ?

Just registered on your site as I was looking to place some bets on CSGO. Got the activation email and activated the account but whenever I'm trying to log in I'm getting an error message saying it's the wrong username\password or that my account is not activated. Anyone else have the same experience?

I think I have found another bug.

The stats box of the NCAA football match Purdue @ Missouri states that
519.71 mBTC have been matched.
However the list of positions shows only a single bet of 271.11 mBTC (07:19:55   1.917   271.11
Over 76).
Therefore I´d argue that the volume calculation is not working as intended (it should
be 544.22 mBTC in my opinion).

This happens at other markets as well, I just picked the game as an example.

Note that there are advanced users who only use the API and which orders are never synced to the website.  In this case it's the counterpart order  from the market maker that is missing.

If there is a 100mBTC matched at 1.91, the total volume of the market is 191mBTC.
