Can you take a look at ZelHash (Equihash 125,4) as some of the miners (LOLMiner / MiniZ) don't want to work on some pools for some reason.

I can't get them to work on Nicehash or Zpool within Awesome Miner, but if I run them manually from a bat file they work fine.

Looks like the --pers option is missing / set wrong for them.

Tested this again, it's a --pers   issue where "--pers" is not set correctly for the Zelhash (Equihash 125,4) algo.

I made a user defined online service for ZelHash for Nicehash to confirm this with the MiniZ Miner that this is the problem, results below with MiniZ now working.

LOLMiner -  The --pers  option is not being set when mining on pools for this algo either.



With the "--pers auto" set for the algo / pool



Can you check this for all miners that can mine the ZelHash (Equihash 125,4) algo so they work properly.

Goodnight. I've been looking for simple information for a few days now, but I can't find the answer anywhere on the internet. Unfortunately this is very sad, as this information and much more should be found easily by users. I run the command " [{"command":"ascset", "parameter":"0,hashpower,1295"}] " in the program provided by canaan (FMS V2.3.5), so far everything is perfect. The problem is that when the Avalon 1066 Pro is turned off and on or restarted, it loses this setting. I tried to add several commands through cgminer in the additional commands option, but without success. My problem is simple: how do I insert this command permanently on the equipment? or any command that has the same function that I can use in awesome?

Does anyone know how to enable ssh on the Avalon 1066 Pro?

I've looked into this and I think the solution will be to use "auto" for the personalization for this algorithm. I did notice that we need to make a change for Lolminer to work in this scenario as well. This will be updated in the next release.

I think their API is lagging a little bit at the moment, as it reports a bit lower value compared their web site and compared to everyone else.

I don't know if there are any ways of persisting this setting on the Avalon ASIC. However, Awesome Miner can send these kind of commands to your Avalons.

To automate things you can use Awesome Miner to define a rule where you send this command to the Avalon miner once in case the condition Uptime < 10 minutes is true. This way, as soon as you restarted your Avalon miner Awesome Miner will once send this command to the miner.

Awesome Miner Options dialog, Rules section:
- Limit actions to run at most once every: 12 minutes
- Trigger
 -- Mining uptime. Set 10 minutes, Less or equals
- Action
 -- Miner command. Execute API commands.
     Command: ascset
     Parameters: 0,hashpower,1295

MiniZ still fails on Nicehash with ZelHash (Equihash 124,5), --pers auto is not working, see the first line of the output below where pers is being set as ELH instead of ZelProof.

some profit problems.

Awesomeminer calculate RandomX on Zergpool wrong. It show only 0.01€ for 12kh. I made a screenshot with ghostrider algo for a better comparising.
Solved, Profitability dropped to 0 in the moment i started testing, because it is based on the last 24 hours and nothing found in the last 24h on randomx.


Another problem is that AM don´t recognize changes in profit profiles. I added algos and removed algos, changed hashrates and so on, but in the profit switching tab i only see the old settings. It doesn´t matter what i do. Reboot, restart and so on. It only helps to create a new profile, but i have 40 profiles some benchmarked with 50 different settings. I don´t want to re create all this stuff.
As you see in the screenshot, i unmarked kaspa, karlsenhash, memehash for example but it stays in the profitswitcher. And also if i change the hashrates, it stays with the old settings



Next thing is, i added the aurum zergpool to profit switching manually, i benchmarked some rigs but the profit stay 0.00€. But it should have a value.


And something is strange with Verus. I added the coin via whattomine api, but it never pop up in the coins list, no matter what i do.

You made a mistake:

in the screenshot with "auto" the commandline is ... --pers auto .... but it should --pers=auto.

and in the zelproof screen you have set pers 2 times.

.... --pers --pers=zelproof ...... This is wrong, the first --pers must be deleted, but i think this is set by AM, so patrik need to adjust this.

In personal string maybe you must write only =auto or =zelproof - give it a try please.

So if you don´t need EthashB3 or the stuff in 2.2c you can still use 2.1c. This is also the latest official support version by AM, but i think the problem is miniz miner setting wrong values

But Version 2.2c also works when i wrote in --pers ZelProof in the commandline. This way you can force AM to override the arguments:

Another way is to add the line --pers ZelProof in the commandline in online services and the specific nicehash 125.4 pool:



Nearly all is possible if you know how   i hope this help you a little bit. I do some further tests maybe tomorrow and play with the personal string option.

hmm yeah now it works with ZelProof only, at the day i tested, AM only wrote zelproof instead of ZelProof doesnt matter what i wrote, but i restartet AM yesterday, maybe something was stuck.
