I will shoot myself if astana, dareq or some other scammer ends up winning this.
What will happen if that is the case?
We would then have their shipping address and other personal information, and it would be winrar. But what about the BFL Single? Will they receive that as well or one of these? painted balck of course with just the red nose LED-ed  |

The first 4936 tickets have 27,303,493 chances to win. The rest of the tickets have 27,303,492. Very small but a slight bias towards the earlier tickets. To be even the max valid random number is 40270 * 27303492 - 1 = 1099511622839. Just exclude numbers larger than that.
All I have to say to this..0xFFFFFFFFFF you... (thought someone could make a math joke in the thread that wasn't also a math fail...) The official block to determine the winning ticket number will be 171,450.
